This is an ok place- so small and crowded, the Southington one is a lot bigger and better. There is no wait staff like in Southington, and you have to wait at the bar to order food and drinks, which takes forever.
The last time we went we ordered boneless wings- which supposed to be six strips. We got 5 little niblets of chicken, smaller than a McNugget. We complained and said that is what they serve. They then come back to us and told us that they found one extra in the fryer and gave it to us. How ridiculous. The food here is also always cold.
Southington always has hot food and gives you 6 big wings, so if you want to try a Sliders, try Southington and Berlin, not Plainville.
