Utterly unimpressive. Far from everything - even the light rail (and no shuttle, which is a safety issue for guests.)

Check in was a nightmare. The girl on the night desk was very, very sweet but equally confused by basic questions much less more complex problem-solving (which was only necessary because the earlier desk staff screwed up.) It was totally my issue that she did not understand what to do with me, as she looked at me with a baffled expression that indicated that I didn't know what my problem was and could I please snap to it?

Internet spotty and cut out all the time. A rather elaborate "continental splus" breakfast, but they shut it down on the dot of 10 and the coffee, although all-day, is horrible.

Cleaning crew was dedicated and seemed competent, but rooms were typical motel: ugly burgundy bedspreads, weird stand-up shower bathroom with sink outside of it (hate) and an awkward sliding door.

They charged us a laughable $350 per night per ROOM because we were covering the DNC, and I also noticed the (I'm guessing...) franchise owner, a syrupy sweet woman, laying out the very specific "rules" to another guest, which seemed to be costing him a lot of money as well.

But I guess it was okay because we could walk to Target? FAIL, Sleep Inn Tech Center.

Not good.
