Sleep Inn & Suites At the Airport
1 review for Sleep Inn & Suites At the Airport
I travel for work all the time. All I expect out of a hotel is a place to check my email, watch the tube and get a good nights sleep. I'd assume I can get that at any hotel over $80 no matter where I am.
I arrived at the sleep inn, after a drive from Norfolk, NE, and had a 6am flight to Chicago the next day. I got in my room, took a shower and was all ready to check email and go to bed. I pull out the chair at the desk, and the leg falls out!!! So I call for another chair, and they bring me one, but make me keep the broken one in my really small room!! Grrrr... OK, no biggie...
So I am ready for bed now, I get in bed and there is ONE pillow. Not your average pillow, but one that has been through both world wars underneath 20 tons of steel. It was like a piece of cardboard.
So I call down and ask for them to bring me some pillows. They say they are busy and I have to come down and get them. That's fine, but that means a 10 minutes affair to put on my dress clothes since I am on the road for business traveling lightly for a few days. So I call back and ask them to bring them when they get a chance, and they basically refuse.
Terrible front desk service. Good thing I wasn't paying for this and it was for travel. I will not be back to the sleep inn next time I'm in Omaha.
