I just got a massage from Kerri here earlier this afternoon, and although I have only had maybe half a dozen professional massages in my life (if that), this was probably the best one I've gotten to date. I was fortunate enough to find a Dealfind certificate for 2 massages for $29 - the best part is, it's still available, so I'm going to buy like five more. Count it!

I've only gone here for the Friday afternoon Yin Yoga. This is my first experience with this type of yoga and it's a good one. For those of you who aren't familiar with Yin, this is a style in which you hold poses for a few minutes to work on the connective tissues. I'm not very flexible, but the stretch, while challenging during the class, feels amazing when you leave. The instruction is clear and positive and you'll be given assistance/pointers if you need them.

Went to check out the Yin Yoga and the Guided Meditation and can I say both were Fantastic!! I have been searching high and low for a Yoga class that didnt stress me out. Usually, I'm the woman in the corner having a slight panic attack trying to move from downward dog to cobra to zebra or what ever it is they do. Not in this class, the instructor was very informative and explained the whys and hows of this techinque as well as came around to correct/enhance your pose. I left feeling centered and relaxed. Mission Accomplished!!
Skin to Soul just opened a larger studio and it is very spacius, clean and I love all the natural light. They offer an array of treatments and classes. Since the Yoga class was a success, I gave the meditation a shot. Here are a few words to describe the set up. Dark, Quiet Room, blankets, soothing tea, and a sweet instructor that lulls you off into a vivid dreamland where at the end you wake up feeling refreshed. Loved It! -

I've been weight lifting and doing martial art training for almost 20 years and I collected some injuries over the years. I've tried different massage places and different style and most of the pain usually come back about 2 weeks or so.
However, after 3 sessions with Nicole and she worked all of my pains away. I had a lot of problems with my forearms and elbow because of Judo and Boxing training and the sessions were some what painful, but all of the pains are now gone.
I refer my clients to go see Nicole as well.Listed in: Massage

I was very pleased with the quality of Nicole's massage. I am a busy person who is unimpressed with fancy spa massages as I feel there is a lot of unncessary fluff and wasted time. What I liked about Nicole is that her focus is on the massage, as it should be, and she catered it to my body's needs. She spent considerable time working on my knee which has been in pain for 5 months now. I am thrilled to not be in pain anymore! I will definitely become a repeat customer.

I have been massaged by Nicole, the massage therapist, countless times. She is AMAZING. She opens all lines of communication to make sure that your experience is exactly what you want. She makes sure that the pressure used is perfect, and always asks if you're comfortable. The space itself is very relaxing and clean. Nicole is extremely talented, very comfortable to be around, and in general rocks!
