I've only been to Nicole once so far (if i had the extra money i'd be making an appointment every week!) but that hasn't stopped me from reccomending her to everyone i know. I came across her a few years ago when i was looking for a good christmas gift for my sister. I purchased a 1 hour massage and my sister has been a client ever since!
My first appointment was in the dead of winter and Nicole's massage space was so warm and cozy and the massage table was heated! She worked out all my kinks, ended with a relaxing massage and gave me some stretches to do so i wouldn't have as much tension in those areas.
Her prices are very reasonable, the location is super convenient and Nicole is just great at what she does!
I am so thrilled I started seeing Nicole for my massage therapy. Relaxation is just a fringe benefit of massage to me, as I view it as a part of total body health... Eating right, drinking plenty of water, exercise, chiropractic care, massage therapy. Nicole considers each client's total health in her initial evaluation, and works with you to achieve the most from your time with her.
For some, massage may simply be about relaxation. For me, it's deep tissue to help release toxins - and Nicole can go deep, while honoring a clear understanding of biomechanics so as only to provide benefit, never injury. She's amazing! Even my chiropractor recommends her. Looks like I've found my massage therapist for life, and now the whole family wants to see her.
I have been massaged by Nicole, the massage therapist, countless times. She is AMAZING. She opens all lines of communication to make sure that your experience is exactly what you want. She makes sure that the pressure used is perfect, and always asks if you're comfortable. The space itself is very relaxing and clean. Nicole is extremely talented, very comfortable to be around, and in general rocks!
I just had massage at Skin to Soul with Nicole. I told her I've had a few massage, but she was great and understanding. I book another to see her. I can't wait..
