Skateland

I go once a week with my friend group and we have the time of our lives. The staff is so kind and let you make song recommendations. They have great food and they are very kind.They help if you fall and have never said a rude word to anyone in my group I thier is to much to say it is a wonderful place to go with friends and family.

Pretty sure people come here because it's the only option in the area. Been here multiple times for birthdays, and every time it's the same: rude teenage staff that wants to rush you out as soon as possible, overpriced pizza that tastes like cardboard, even the pretzels are bad and that's hard to do...probably because they just nuke them straight out of the bag. Today they are out of hot dogs halfway through the 3 hour long session and it's not even the busiest I've seen it. Good luck having a good time here.

Decided to leave a review with updated photos since the last ones are old and don't do this place justice. It was clean and the staff were nice. Great benches all the way around. Can't speak to the snacks cause we didn't eat there. Would have given 5 stars if they offered trainers/walkers which my kids still need.

Great place to go skating had a wonderful time at the birthday party that was here! The skating rink was a average skating rink, but it was nice to have the additional space outside of the " usual rink" area if you wanted to go a little bit faster around slower, skaters or children. They tend to have a good music that kept me Bob in my head and I enjoyed the event.
Cons: pizza was average for what you pay and there wasn't much decoration put up to separate smaller birthdays from everyone else.

Skateland is an Olympia area family-owned beacon for locals. If you don't see the charm, it's because you haven't had several generations skate there. Food is mediocre - so bring your own. But who let's you bring you own these day!? Yes the ladies are curt sometimes (who wouldn't be after decades of people dropping off their kids?) but they are also super grandmotherly in needed situations. This is a blast from the 1970's still going strong. Embrace it or drive to Centralia or Tacoma. They have survived a lot of economic downturns and punk kids!

I was very impressed with Skateland. It has been MANY years since I skated there. It was very clean and updated. Happy to go back to my "home rink". Thank you for the memories.

My granddaughter had her 12th Bday party there. Which was great, and everyone had a good time. Very clean, lots of space and safe. Very accommodating and professional staff. The rink was only available to her guests during the party! So nice.

Super fun 80's night with the NA group. Staff was extremely helpful and caring, checking on anybody who took a spill. Haven't been on skates my self since the late 90's so it was wobbly at first but by the end was cruising pretty good. I forgot how much fun it was to skate! Definitely will be going back

The place has renovated! I can still smell the new paint in the walls! They have gotten rid of the rug on the walls from who knows when! Look, they charge $9.00 and that includes the skate rental! Skates are decent! The snack bar, floor, walls, people, bathrooms...y'all everything is BETTER! Since Tiffany's isn't gonna reopen, take my money! Thank you we will be back!

A really fun place for kids to play and hangout. It looks remodeled. It's clean and organized coming in. The chaos is at where you get something to eat and drink. There is one person handling food and drinks. There is no order as to who goes first and next because everyone surrounds a round table waiting for the worker to tend to their order. The worker was also slow. It was annoying.
