I'm not a big fan of water parks but this one is definitely worth going to. They have the wave pool and lazy river which I love. They also have giant slides for the more daring.

They sell beer here so my dad usually just sits in his normal area and let us do whatever we want. My brothers always hit up the slides while my mom and I prefer the lazy river first and last :)

This place gets very crowded on a hot summer's day so be prepared to wait in lines and be very close to others in the pool areas. If you're going with kids, go on a weekday.

If you are going to Six Flags in NJ, turn around! Drive to Massachusetts and go to Six Flags in springfield. No one knows anything! I went with my boyfriend and best friends and we asked what time the water park opened one person told us it was even open another 5 or 6 people gave us several different times. The manager, was real nice because we had a ticket issue. There is a little store before you go to Six flags called " WaWa" go there, they haved tickets for $30 each. Talk about inflation! You will be robbed blind trying to eat food there. Oh yeah and if your from Boston, everyone acts like your an Alien. The waterpark is not connected to the park you have to take a shuttle. The safari was the only good thing, we all loved it well worth the price.

When I went here it was nearly empty and I got a spot right next to the entrance. I will go back because it is not too big and has a good variety of things to do.

season passes are definitely a steal.  for 90 bucks, I get to  feel like I'm far away from the city on a tropical vacation all summer long! so far, I've already spent a full saturday and sunday here, mostly chilling on a tube down the lazy river, but also the rides here are good- you don't get scraped like in other water parks, and some of the rides last long enough to actually enjoy them.  I work every second weekend, so I plan on coming every other weekend here and get to spend a day away from all the stress at work in the sun and in the water!
(fingers crossed that I never come on a camp day.)

Hi. I just got back from a very $$, unsatisfactory run to Hurricane Harbor. First of all, we got there after 4pm and it was PACKED!!! The only good thing, is that after 4 you get in 1/2 price. BUT trust me, they make ALL that $$ right back when they rob you $15 to park, then $17 to rent a "large" locker, coz if COURSE theyre all out of "small $12 ones".... All I had to put in there were my flip flops and shirt...  Then at the lazy river, if you want a tube  you have to stalk people down as theyre coming out of the lazy river...! They keep a handful of free tubes in the park, but they have ALOT of em for rent... Now let me get started on the WAVE POOL... WTF??? You get in the mf er and then THERES NO WAVES!!! Then these bastards throw you a wave or two and then shut em down and make everyone GET OUT of the pool!! For WHAT YOU ASK? I have No idea. Its retarded. There was some sign for "lifeguard drills"?? But do you need to do this drill in the heavy business of a SATURDAY afternoon??? Hello?? How about on a Monday morning when no ones there!!! They do this drill every 10 minutes or so for no apparent reason. I neglected to see anyone drowning, or dying or being killed in any kind of manner that would warrant closing the pool. I want my wave pool OPEN and preferably WITH WAVES. Assholes. I still dont get it. Luckily in 7 days I ll be in Vegas at Mandalay Bay where there is a huge wave pool/faux beach with consistent waves and you can stay in the pool as much as you want... So sad I have to travel over 2,000 miles to get a decent summer experience. I will not be returning to HH. Next time, we ll try Splish Splash in LI or the water park in Seaside Heights. HH is a rip off.  And PS- we LOVE the WAWA food. WAy better to go there and grab wraps and drinks then spend crazy $$ in HH for subpar food.
