Sita Kapur seems  knowledgeable on the real eastate industry. But when I attempted to use her back in the crazy days of the market (2004-5?), she could not be bothered to show me places (went on my own everywhere) and was not  readily available for questions or concerns on the buying process.  Maybe because I was looking at one bedroom condos, she concentrated on clients that would bring bigger commissions. Regardless, I was not impressed and after a few weeks switched realtors.  She is definitely not for someone who is a first time home buyer.

Sita acted as our agent in the purchase of our townhouse. She was efficient and professional. Calls returned, promises kept, answers provided. I consider myself pretty tough on real estate agents and she made sure everything was in order and ready. She provided the lists of potential properties based on our criteria. When we settled on a property, she assisted in the negotiations and I was impressed with her style and results. We used her suggested vendors for home inspection, mortgage, and movers. I checked credentials in each case prior to contracting with them and I was completely satisfied after the fact. I have a very high opinion of Sita as a real estate agent and as a professional. I highly recommend her.
