Went on a Tuesday night for a farewell party. Sin sin has the happy hour from 5-9pm, that's a pretty long time for the 2 for 1. The upstair was closed so we hanged out in the first floor.
My first impression was that the place was so dim, so dark, that I had a hard time finding my people before my eyes adjusted to the darkness. The floor was slightly uneven and the furniture were ermm... standard bar furnishes. The bartender was friendly and the crowd were laid back on this weekday night, except for a guy or two who got very posey and unbuttoning his shirt while pictures were taken. When I saw this I believed that a layer of my cornea was burnt off. Ew.
After 10pm the place started to crank up its music's volume and the crowd that were already swinging with the beats started to migrate onto the dance floor.
There are plenty of places in the area to grab a bite after you are done, so I guess that makes this a good place to party? -
Review from Jando S.
Based on some past experiences, it was a sin just to hit up this lounge. I had been here several times before, all times before they charged a five dollar cover. Five dollars is five dollars too much for this place, especially when it wasn't all that great.
But upon first glance, one will find it's not entirely a lounge. Downstairs it's usually very low key with good ventilation with a very dark ambiance. It's easier to order drinks downstairs, all of which are pricey and served in a plastic cup that looks like it was from a water cooler. At some point people make their way upstairs, where I was told during my first visit the "real fun" was.
And upstairs was a cramped continuation of the lounge, except on weekend nights when it was a club. Bodies were grinding, random DJ songs were spinning, and people were sweating. Ventilation is a mess and there isn't much room to put your stuff down (like a coat or a purse). The crowd is typically a good mix of folks and the music is sure to make folks bust a move.
Thank goodness it's the East Village, where there are a dime a dozen places that serve cheaper drinks, play better music, have more room to dance, and don't charge cover. The people have spoken - it seems they're going to those places instead. -

November of 2009; So I had reserved a whole section for my party and I for my birthday, OH we got a spot alright, litterally a little corner spot with a little table and a little sofa that fits two people. Mind you the "party planner" I spoke to knew that I was bringing in about 20 people. Long story short, here's the break down:
- it was too hot and too crowded
- to get to the bar took me (and my friends) 15 minutes
- to get your drink at the bar took another 15 minutes
- to walk back to the table from the bar took 15 minutes
Sweating and all, as usual my friends and I made the most out of it and still managed to have lots of fun. As we were exiting the premises, the very nice bouncer stopped and asked me if my name was MO and I said why yes it is he then said "you should become a party planner because you brought in a lot of people tonight, I think over 30 people" that was true indeed but I don't think I could be a party planner.
That following Monday I get an email from the party planner I spoke to and it turns out that my party & I were suppose to be on the upstairs floor where I had reserved it and that's why it was overly crowded downstairs because they kept sending everyone that was not on my gueslist down there. Total mix-up but whatever, I ended up getting my deposit back and a complimentary champagne bottle when I decide to go back again....
too bad they closed down before I can get my free bottle. LOL -

This place might be okay if you or a group of friends just want to dance the night away without having to dress up nicely. Not good if you are looking for a fancy girls night out with martinis and cosmos at hand.
Came here with a friend who knew someone that was having a birthday here. The party was upstairs so I went up the stairs and couldn't get past the crowd to find my friend. The lounge was a bit on the smaller side and was very dim. The bar on the second floor was also all the way in the back. Wasn't much of a variety of drink choices in the back bar so just had a few heinekens the whole night and tried to get my dance on in whatever space i could find.. I wonder if Sin Sin would be crowded if there wasn't a bday party happening. -

I can't really deal with the name of the place. I am positively unable to keep a straight face and say to my friend, hey come through to SIN SIN & The Leopard Lounge. Kinda early 90's kitsch, I'm calling it.
Anyway, it is totally a hotass mess. But, I enjoyed the sense of nostalgia rendered upstairs. The music is a weird mix: Nelly to Journey within the span of 30 minutes I was there. I can never complain about Don't stop believing. Then there's the smoking which will leave your hair, clothes, and everything in between smelling like tobacco. The kind of indoor smoke-saturated hot box that even a smoker will complain about. The whole place kind of reminds me of this place called "Coolin'" that I used to frequent in Paris, minus the hot and pervy French men.
It's really not awful, but it's nothing I'd get hyped over. The place is really small. Downstairs, the "reggae lounge", was six different kinds of awkward. Steve Harvey type men trying to get it on with women in Spandex "pants". aaayyooow, get it on. -

I had a grand ol' time here! A big reason for this is because we all got there already feeling toasty and then people were just giving me drinks after drinks.
I was just all over the place here - although this place was pretty damn small but when you're feeling good...YOU CAN DO ANYTHING!
I do remember one incident that could of ruined my night. I accidentally spilled my drink on the back of this girl. She totally made such a BIG DEAL and ended up being so freaking dramatic about it.
BLAH BLAH BLAH----dude it's just WATER! (It's not sticky or anything! )
IT'S NOT THAT SERIOUS!
There was no fight or drama----her group just ended up moving away from me. ( You know I would have brought the dirty dirty to her---JUST KIDDING! Or am I? )
So yeah---the sum of this....have a good ol' time, watch out for spillage, and just dance dance dance!
My friend now DJ's here on Saturdays!!!!!
DJ ROLI RHO----woot woot! -

I was feeling adventurous this friday night. I usually find myself in chelsea or the meatpacking district.
heard some good music blasting, decided to try it out.
"what party are you with?"
umm..none, 5 bucks.
got in there, were stuck in the floor that played old school R &B
couldn't find the good music!
finally we founded. extremely crowded. and they have this retartded velvet rope that cuts through the dance floor to seperate tables.
there is NOT enough space for that.
first turn off: a woman in her late 50's dancing terribly and drunkenly it made me embarassed for this mother's child. and husband.
second turn off: so ridiculous to navigate. there had to be about 60 people there total but it was too crowded even for a club.
third turn off: the decor is ...tacky. and cheap looking.
fourth turn off: really really below average looking people. They had some village locals, some "urban guys" some fat girls, and many men absolutely DRENCHED in cologne. I am not being shallow, but don't people, especially men pay for pretty girls? there was a handful of those there.
I did swallow hard, tried to suck it up because I had paid 5 dollars and was trying to be adventurous!
didn't work. I tried the emergency exit, locked.
you couldn't pay me to go in there.
for that price I'd go to webster hall. A better mix of music. ALL they played was r & b and hip hop. so you had to either slow dance or booty shake. Im all for booty shaking, but mix it up a little.
please. -

Living in Boston, I've found that I have to dig to find a great, unpretentious hangout. There are so, so many meathead joints in Boston. It's quite sad, really. I suppose it's understandable when considering how many naive, rich undergrad students there are in the area.
Many great spots are only found by word of mouth-- and some would prefer to keep it that way, to lock the unwanted ones out. You know who I mean: the ones who always ruin the mood.
I visit NYC every few months, usually around the holidays. I made my first visit to Sin Sin the day after Christmas while visiting my bestest friend. Sin Sin is an unassuming, cozy joint. I found no awkward spaces and no mean patrons. Brian Coxx was the DJ (Soulgasm) on the first floor. Great music. Such a neat, funky, groovy sound.
Another great find for people who simply love to dance and move to good sound.
P.S. I believe it was $5 to get in. No biggie when you know you're going to be entertained by an actual person, instead of a jukebox. -
Review from Sara M.
Sometimes, when I'm in the neighborhood with nothing to do and it's 1am, I'll go here. It's best to be here when you're sober, so you can laugh at everyone. It's more entertaining that way.
The crowd is, um, interesting? I used to come here with an old boss. He used to laugh at me because the weirdest men in the place would follow me around. I once had a guy give me a foot massage because he said he liked my feet so much. Hell no I didn't turn it down. Would you after wearing 4 inch heels? I didn't think so. -
Review from Melissa F.
You either love it or hate it, wither way WEDNESDAY night is the night to go. I almost hate to let this cat out of the bag because it's basically a locals party on Wednesdays and, I was told, it's rare for them to see newbies.
I COMPLETELY understand why this place gets some BAD reviews- it's not the nicest venue at all and it has some questionable materials that they call walls and floors upstairs and the air quality is very questionable- but it's the locals that are the REAL experience here.
I had such a good time and whenever I think of this place I get the NYC-nostalgia that you get when you leave.
The Wednesday crowd is basically a bunch of professional/street dancers that dance house. It is SO amazing because they move like NOTHING you have ever seen before.
I've been to a lot of dance parties in my life and seen a lot of genres, but the way they move their bodies is insane and definitely is a once in a lifetime (or weekly if you live in NY- haha) experience.
The crowd is real friendly and will chat you up, ESPECIALLY if they don't recognize you (which is, I suppose not a suprise in NYC) and the bar staff is just super cool and there is no pressure to overdo it with the booze because it's just an awesome house party.
LOVE this place.
PS: I dunno if James W is a dude fromt his place b/c he doesn't seem like a full on yelper- but he's completely right- there are DANCE LEGENDS here and as long as you don't come with attitude everyone here is so SO nice.
To the dude that said the ppl here ddnt' know how to dance- you are sooo crazy. The Soulgasm party is like, BETTER than any professional dancing i've seen on tv or the movies. it's seriously an AMAZING night. -

There should be a word that describes the repugnant BO and sweat tainted environment that you experience at cramped little shitboxes like Sin Sin. Every breath is like my HS football locker room... after an afternoon workout... in 90 degree weather. I guess Sin Sin smells like teen spirit?
If the disgusting air quality doesn't make you gag (or give you some weird airborne disease), the ear piercing volume that they pump their shitty, tinny sounding speakers, will give you a migraine.
Definitely not a place i'd willingly return to, but maybe i'm just getting old. -

Came on a weekend. Very cool lounge. gives off a more club vibe when the dance floor gets packed. Music on that Saturday was very very very very good! (mostly hiphop) Crowd is late 20s. Got there at 11pm. Too many people started pouring in at 1am. The place was too small for a huge crowd so we left. As we were leaving, there were a few people waiting to get in beause the place is so small. I saw them paying cover so maybe after a certain time they start charging at the door.

I thought this place was great. My boyfriend and I discovered it before we had dinner at Dugestation across the street. We went around 9pm-ish. It was a perfect place for a before dinner drink. The atmosphere was nice with its red lights, red velvet ropes and red velvet bar stoles. We sat at the bar and had a couple of drinks. The bartender was very nice!! He took a beautiful picture of my boyfriend and I with my camera. I was very pleased lol.
This is a great part of the city for discovering places like this. What was really nice about the place was, the entrance is on the side in the back, rather than being in the front which is perfect considering the city gets really cold in the winter, the door isn't constantly opening and closing. It seemed like they keep it really quiet and low key. I'd go back again. -

I don't like paying covers for places that aren't worth going to for free. I've just never really been a fan of Sin Sin or the Leopard Lounge. Upstairs or downstairs, its all the same to me...mediocre at best. The bouncers are nice (to me), the bartenders are pretty cool, but I'm not one for techno and glow sticks and knee pads and licking the walls. The only time I can pretty much stomach the bar is on a Sunday afternoon (when I dropped by twice after brunch service) for a Bloody Mary on my way home; its quiet and in nice weather the windows are open. But that's not enough to keep me coming back.
I think they used to have free vodka once a month, but it was for like an hour and my buddies and I realized that an hour's worth of free booze once a month isn't a reason to go somewhere. -

This place plays GREAT music! Cover is $5 for a Saturday night and the bartenders were pretty cool but then again, my friends told them it was my birthday and I got FREE DRINKS!
YAY FOR FREE DRINKS!
They have two floors so the girls and I migrated constantly between the two where the music ranged from old school hip hop to some bumpin' electro. This place makes people move which is good since I didn't notice anyone standing around staring at people dance which is creepy.
Drinks are relatively inexpensive ranging from $5 - 10 which is pretty good in my opinion. I'd definitely come back even though it caters to an early 20s crowd. -

4.5 stars for the sweet and very courteous bouncers at Sin Sin! From the beginning to the middle to the end, they were nothing but well mannered, friendly and very accommodating. And that is a rarity in New York!
Came here for a birthday party and they gave us this sexy leopard-skinned room, comfy and spacious enough for 15-20 people. The room is sectioned off from the bar and dance floor so it could be pretty private in there. But we didn't actually use the room, it'd have been too packed for all of us, and we wanted to dance!
It got really crowded especially at the (non-existent) dance floor. My friends got spilled on many times but thankfully I didn't. The DJ played mostly hip-hop so thats a very good thing. And people actually dance in here! Lots of fun but it could get way too hot after you DANCED AND DANCED AND DANCED!
Why not 5 stars? Well.......5 stars just seems too perfect and I'm not sure whether I'm ready to be that generous.
But gotta express my love again for the bouncers and management at Sin Sin! You guys are awesome! -

I was somehow duped into gracing this establishment with my presence this past Saturday night. After shooting the shit with the bouncer for a minute (the only positive part of this experience), I walked up a nearly vertical flight of stairs (think Amsterdam) only to find out that the coat check was in the basement. After going back down and checking my coat, I returned upstairs to find a dimly lit room with a red hue.
There is only one word to describe this place, disgusting. Not only was there a pungent BO pervading the air, but the place was so crowded that you actually could not move an inch without being touched or rubbed by perfect strangers. The crowd was weak - a mix of wannabe hipsters with slouchy knit hats and people who looked like they had come to Sin Sin that night to audition for "I Don't Know How to Dance."
The place was understaffed, only one bar tender at each of the two upstairs bars. The only upside I can remember was that the drinks were cheap.
I do not think I will be back anytime soon. A much better alternative is Le Souk, just a few blocks away. -

WARNING: DO NOT HAVE YOUR BIRTHDAY HERE!!!
I reserved 1.5 - 2 weeks in advance for 15 people, they promised me tables with a waitress. What I got at the door with my party was the manager saying someone had tried to call over and over to 'confirm' the reservation, but got no answer. I have a cell phone, I always have it with me, I didn't miss one call all day, total bs! Therefore he said no tables for us. He gave me 7 drink tickets as a consolation.
The place was SO packed we seriously could barely move, and it took over 25 minutes to get the bartender's attention for drinks. I am 100% sure this place is breaking the fire code, it was disgusting and sweaty and extremely unpleasant. If I could give this review as 0 stars, I would.
We went to Bar on A after 30 mins. (11th and Ave. A) and did some good dancing to 80s/techno music. But you can't get your birthday back for a whole year, so Sin Sin was a big mistake! -

I went hear last night with my brother, as we saw a bunch of people smoking outside the bar, and it seemed like a happening place, thankfully there was no line, so we went straight to the door. The door lady told us that there is a $5 cover to enter. Which considering NY is not bad at all, but I know some people may think it sounds cheap, but I still don't like paying cover where ever I go. I know I am going to buy drinks at the bar, so why tax me more just to enter. I think it's kind of insane. Anyways I went inside, and we went to towards the ground floor bar. Bad idea!
The place was packed, and not packed in a good way, packed in a very very bad way; we couldn't even get to the bar. When we did arrive to the bar, the bartender was fast and seemed smart, got us our drinks fast. So that aspect of the bar is really good, Well after we had our drink we thought this place was kind of lame so we decided to leave, but didn't want to go through the crowd of people just to exit through the front door. But wait! Good News! There is a back door that says "Exit" on it, So we decided to try it out, after hurdling through the group of people we came to the bright neon sign, just to see that it was a locked door, and we could NOT exit through there.
Well so we made our way BACK through the mosh pit, and went towards the front door. And then my brother suggested that we should check out the upstairs, and see if maybe it's less crowded, we already paid the cover might as well check it out. So we went upstairs and it was the same thing. This place is decent, but I am just pissed that they would take my money, before warning me that I wouldn't have a place to breathe in there. It's a real fire hazard to have so many people packed in a tight place like they did on Sat. night, and now I know why all these people were out side, they needed to breathe, even though they were filling their lungs with smoke.
So all in all, we spent $5 for cover, $6 for a beer, and 45 minutes of my life wasted -

Oh, Sin Sin.
You are a delightful place of happy hour dreams.
Every day from 4-8pm, you can enjoy two for one cocktails at this very dark (or some would say intimate) little place on the corner of 5th Street and 2nd Avenue.
Then the place turns into some kind of crazy, loud, sometimes themed, disco ball, spinning, laser light show, did i already say loud(?), kind of place, and that's when you see me stumbling out of there and across the street to Mary Ann's for some chips and salsa. But...if you're into the night club scene, I'm sure it would be great to not have to leave your seat and get a whole new bar brought to you!
I'm there for the 2 for 1 happy hour and the string of randoms who are there at 5pm (dogs included.)
The bartenders are attentive and friendly (especially Claire) and you could honestly light your cocktail on fire.
Good times. -

If you love going to a club (which you reserved room at) for a party and being confined to an unlit corner while an asshole bartender keeps insulting you and changing the price of drinks from between $10-20 per drink and $10-15 per shot, with a soundtrack provided by a DJ playing excruciatingly loud, monotonous, melody free music pausing randomly while he attempts to figure out how his equipment works, then Sin Sin is the right place for you. The only thing missing is a creepy guy with a video camera trying to get girls drunk and record them trying to dance... oh look, there he is. My experience is now complete.
Now, I freely admit that I don't go to clubs often; I prefer the quieter atmosphere of bars both because I enjoy beer and because I have a hard time maintaining a conversation when the music is loud enough to vibrate out dental fillings. That said, the experience I had here was atrocious for any establishment. The rude conduct of the bartender towards me and my friends was inexcusable, and if I see him working at any other bar I will promptly leave. In addition, I've heard bad DJ's before, but how can anyone call themselves a DJ when they can't even play music correctly? My 6 year old iPod can play music without skips and random pausing. The club is responsible for maintaining their sound system and hiring enjoyable entertainment; at least one of those aspects has been severely overlooked. Clearly the owners have no intent of providing an enjoyable experience to their patrons. I wouldn't be caught dead back in Sin Sin and I would advise you all to avoid this place like a steaming pile of dog excrement on the sidewalk. -

Went here with a group of friends on Friday night. I get that some people like these "lounges" which would be considered clubs anywhere else in the world, but this is not my scene. Luckily, my friend sweet-talked the bouncer and we didn't have to pay cover, but the drinks were still pricey, the place was still way too crowded, and the DJ was hitting and missing all night long.
I did enjoy that they had two different levels, and the bathroom was on a third level with the coat-check. Woo Woo -

Okay, so I've been in parties upstairs and downstairs in this play and its all okay unless its overrun by sorority girls. Good drink specials, fast bar tenders, and good music acts. Been here for DnB nights on tuesdays and for DJs on the weekends.

They have happy hour till 9pm. I came here with a bunch of friends on a friday night, and could easily get sofa seating area (since there was a speed dating going on there).
The bartender is really friendly and nice guy too.
But, the drinks are just ok, and the ambiance is just all right. I think there isn't much to come back here for... -

Great 2 for 1 happy hour until 8 on everything brings the local drinking crew in early. Stop in before 8 for a couple of martinis.
But later it changes to a cool lounge/club vibe with DJ's upstairs and downstairs, gets crowded on the weekends but there's lots of dancing so it keeps moving. Good bartenders, well run place. It's the kind of place you go to chill and hear house music or sometimes hip-hop. -

I hoofed from the 2nd avenue subway a few blocks... and eventually found the Leopard Lounge... candle lit and intimate.. I had my bass with me.. as I was the evenings live entertainment for the reggae Sunday flow... I entered a votive lit, groove den.. red velvet.. airy with higher ceilings than I imagined.. dj booth. back area with curtains for the band to set up.. the barmaid was hip and laid back. and mixed a decent cocktail...
the sound man.. the dj.. everyone was on point. cool... laid back like the clientele.. a mix of downtown scenesters.. the ring and peel of comfortable laughter.. dancing..
I'm with the band.. we kicked into a few warm grooves.. and people inched up. with smiles.. and eventually hands raised in the air.. and legs, moving in that lock and sway to the groove...
I split the scene and ducked down into the subway around 2 a.m., but the party was still alive.. seems like a nice spot to hang with a few friends.. or even that first date kinda place...
seemed a fair mix of couples and singles...
downstairs in the basement it seemed like there is a sista venue... but I didn't really do much more than peek in there...and turned and split when I realized our band wouldn't possibly fit in a small space..
but there was an enthusiastic vibe down there.. a ladies only affair.. as it turned out...
I rode the C train back to planet Brooklyn. feeling satisfied about having a decent time.. and that I'd definately bounce up there one evening.. for a cocktail and a chill vibe. when the opportunity presents itself...

Review from Hank C.
Eh, for a $5 cover, I'd expect it to be better... the first floor is dark, small, crowded with dancers and people smoking up on a hookah. Disturbing to the lungs, in the very least, I felt burning as I walked through.
Upstairs is marginally better.. no hookahs when I went up, and a large seating area in leopard skin (red lighting all over) with okay music, another bar, and our group of 15 stayed a little bit to enjoy themselves, some more than others. Drinks aren't too horrible here, but they're certainly not the cheapest, either. Overall, place didn't stand out too much to me as anything more than a local hangout for those who want to get drunk or smoked up. For the rest of us, we can find better quality air elsewheres. -

this place is not bad being the cover charge is only 5 bucks. They have 2 floors but the dance floor is a bit cramped. But hey when you're drunk and the right song is on you just go and get your groove on.
the good thing about this place is that its close by Pomme Frites, so after you're done dancing and you've got the munchies..(from drinking, not the other kind of munchies!!!...LOL) you can go grab a bite of fries... -

Made it for the weekly DnB event Camouflage night and DJ Dara was tearing it up. This place is perfect for a chill out but loud ass thumpin time. Its non descript entrance keeps the profile low an chill.
Door guy, coat gal, and bartender were all super cool and nice.

I went here almost 2 years ago for my Bday on a Sat night. $5 copay and they were careful of letting too much men in. It was already packed by 12. I think there were 2 floors. Music was pretty good. My friend's friend was the DJ. I think the crowd was mixed. I dunno, I was already pretty tipsy before I got in. I don't remember too much coz I was drunk and left earlier than usual. From what i remember though it was pretty good.
Would I go back? Yes. -

Pretty cool club to get drunk and dance. Lots of NYU students on Friday and Saturdays. They play good music and the drinks are strong and decent priced. The downstairs area gets super crowded. Upstairs is a little less stuffy. We've never had to wait in line.
The crowd is on the young side but it really gets crackin here. Not really the best place if you're trying to converse with anyone. Come here if you just want to grind up against somebody and get your freak on. -

I went here awhile back with a friend on a whim. My friend had been there a few times and knew the lay of the land. There were a few different levels if I recall correctly and the music was pretty eclectic. One level played everything from 80s Prince to Hip Hop, Pop and R&B.
It was crowded that night with a private party taking up one level, but it was a good mixed crowd all jamming to the good music. My only complaint was that the staff kept allowing more people in and cramming them into the other levels, while knowing that they had booked one whole room for a private party.
Nonetheless, I had a pretty good time. May even go back one day. -

Theoretically, this place should be a recipe for a good time if you like shaking your booty on a Friday night. However, I was not impressed. I hate to get all Whitman-esque on you, but:
- It is waaaay too cramped to dance (and I'm not just talking Elaine Benes style; anything aside from standing in one place and wiggling your body slightly is hard to accomplish)
- It gets ridiculously hot after half an hour; I guess this is understandable though since it's a dance club. D'oh.
- They are quite pricey. 250 for a bottle of Grey Goose? Hmm I dunno
- Oh, and simply playing top 40s bullshit song after song is not called DJ-ing. It's called LAME. That's right, I said it. Bring it!
- Lastly, three dollar coat check? Double u tee eff!
My friends had a good time though. So, perhaps, I missed a point or something. And I did have an all right time after all. Sin sin, I give you three stars. -

Remember those sweat box basement parties with the bad lighting and low ceilings? Well, welcome back. 2 floors of dance music. Its usually so packed, you have the pleasure of rubbing elbows with everyone...at the same time. This is the party scene from every hip hop music video minus all the cameras and over-the-top pretty people. Just keep moving because the floor is sticky...like a liqour soaked fly paper dance floor. Drinks are like any other place.
Cover charge. Loud music. Over crowded (perfect for gettin all horned up). Just like that ole basement party....and you may see someone's grandma tryin to dance like Beyonce. Ah...thank you shot girl. -

Music was good and there was a lot of dancing. Inside was reasonably nice although nothing special. I'm rating it 4 stars for the fact it didnt have any cover (at least at the time i went) and the dancing was fun.
If you expect somewhere really sophisticated you'd probably be dissapointed. That said, it isnt really grimey either though. I ended up being a bit overdressed for the place but found some people dressed nicely and others not so nice. At first I was thinking the place was awful because I was downstairs which was ridiculously crammed, but when I discovered upstairs had a dance area, I had a blast. -

New York, NY
This place was a hot mess. We went here on a Friday... the place was pretty crowded.
Problems:
*$5 cover - ummm not okay
*Old school hip hop all night (makes sense if this is a 30+ club, but really....). it would have been okay if they mixed it up at some point, but there was literally a set that lasted a full hour of old school stuff I'm not even sure my mom has heard. UNacceptable
*Not really a lounge, more of a grungy college basement party environment. Sweaty, sticky, dirty, run down, full of horny guys who clearly don't have any game, but have liquored themselves up to the point where they can drunkenly stumble on you and make a belching, alcohol breath pass at you... yeah...
Won't be back any time soon. -

Brooklyn, NY
This is a real chill spot. The music is always good, and more often than none, it's packed. The people are not the prettiest people in NYC, but they all know how to have a good time. If you're with friends, and just want a place to unwind, this is your destination.
Bouncers like to play around, and never give anyone any problems (unless you bring problems with you).
Been here over a dozen times, and every time just as amazing as the last.
