Okay...this is my first review so here goes. I dislike dentist with a passion. I see them and red appears everywhere. However my first visit with Simons Family Dental was an absolute treat. When I first stepped into their office I was acknowledge and greeted appropriately. A big plus because I dont like being ignored. But I did have to wait and although it was not longer than 15 minutes I am an impatient person and if I am given the opportunity to run I will. But I was amused by all the kewl toys in the waiting room so ...... After explaining my problem to the dental assistant I took xrays on the cool machine that required me to stand still. When the doctor was ready he said "you're in pain i can tell by your xrays. Im going to do some looking but it will be quick." And the verdict....... not good but I think this was the most pleasant visit to the dentist I have had in 8 years. I'll be back there in Sept for a cleaning which hopefully I will have already seen a oral surgeon.

Husband and wife operation. Both are outstanding dentists. They don't rush you, they are compassionate and they don't try to get you to do unnecessary dental work.  Having been to various dentists for over 40 years in Austin I don't  recommend many of them. (And I have really good teeth.)  I've sent my parents and my children to them and everyone agrees that they are the best.
