If you're ever on a trip to southwestern New Hampshire, stop off at this tiny airport and take a 20- or 40-minute scenic tour ride in a small, single-engine plane. It's a bit pricey (about $150 for up to 3 people), but the views are astonishing, with a number of lakes, rivers, mountain ranges, and small, picturesque towns in this area. This is where I first went up in a plane when I was about 10 years old and the memory of it still lingers on...it was so cool.
