What's the worst part of an accident? Stress. There's stress in working with the insurance company, the stress to find a reputable body shop, and the stress of having to go through the whole ordeal.
Silicon Auto Body has a professional and caring team who were senstive to my situation and made the process as simple, as fast, and as easy as possible. Mike was courteous and had all the proper docs ready for me to sign. Jim was handling my case. Jim was always available when I had a question and I must of called him 3 times during the whole process. I had several requests and Jim assured me all the way that they were going to "take care" of it.
I must say, I, myself always aim for perfection and most of the time I have a hard time trusting or staying relaxed while others are doing something for me. In this case at Silicon Auto Body, I had trust and was relaxed thanks to Jim, great guy. I was in there for probably 15 mins the first time in and when I picked up my vehicle, which looks amazing, better than when it came in - they even detailed the outside and inside (above and beyond-type of service), I was in for less than 10mins. Signed and drove off.
These are the type of reasons why I am a returning customer - my second time in. Thank you Jim and Silicon Auto Body! -

Very pleased with this business. I recently got into a very scary car accident on the 237 freeway and Silicon Valley Auto Body sent Todd and Dennis to my cars rescue! Once they were there, they were very helpful and bought me a water bottle and offered to get me food as well. They waited with me on the side of the rode for 20+ minutes so I wouldn't be alone waiting for my mum. This was all out of their good nature. They towed my vehicle and when I needed something out of it the next day, the other guys at the shop waited past 5pm (their closing time) to let me come get my house keys. This is amazing service and if I'm ever in a bind, I trust these guys to take care of me!

This place is the best! Pete took very good care of my mom and her car needs. He took care of making arrangements for her rental and dealt with the Insurance company so my mom didn't have to. We dropped off her car and Pete made arrangements for the car rental place to pick us up so we didn't have to inconvenience anyone to take us. My mom's car was done within a day or two. They did an awesome job on the repair and made the whole process soo easy and stress-free! To top it off, when my mom picked up her car, they cleaned the car inside and out. By far, this is the best auto body shop!! I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

Not only did they do a great job fixing the damage from the fender-bender (paid for by the other party's insurance), they also *insisted* on knocking out a dent from a previous, unrelated incident that we had never bothered to fix -- at no charge. That's the kind of pride in their work that these guys take, and it shows.

Got my car back, they did a much better job than the other body shop who replaced the entire bumper. Now all the corners and edges are straight, I'm happy. Took a day longer than expected, but they cleaned my car inside and out, even used armor all on my tires!

Horrible customer service. They were rude, curt, and wouldn't answer my questions. I had some basic inquiries but they would not address them. It was as if they wanted to make sure they had my business before they helped me. Just horrible.

These guys rock!!! They were referred to me by AAA after someone rear-ended me. They made the entire repair process painless. They helped me get a rental car, kept me updated about the repairs and were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They even gave me back the car looking way better than when I brought it in. They cleaned my entire car including the engine. I won't be as devastated if I ever get in to an accident because I know Silicon Valley Auto Body Shop will be there to take care of everything!
