This is just for phone customer service.
I've spoken with several vendors in regards to making a table throw for our company's upcoming trade show, and not a lot of vendors gave me the information I was asking for. I called Sign My Signs, talked Parthavi and instead of me starting to explain what I'm searching for, she told me "I'll provide you with all the options we can give you." Let me just say, I was very impressed and was ready to do business with them. Will update this review once we get the process going. -

Thank you sign my signs! Parthavi was very nice and made sure that we were happy with our sign. The process went by very quickly. I stopped by their office and one of the guys helped me. He answered all of my questions and was very patient. I'm very picky and i wanted the signs to be perfect.

While in the process of relocating our business, we realized that the reality of getting a permanent sign in place before opening was unrealistic. We opted to purchase a bright banner as a temporary solution. I went online and created a banner on a well known site that looked great on my computer screen. I purchased it and waited for it to arrive. To my dismay, it was dark and dreary in person, nothing like the online proof.
We were opening in a week and I needed a sign NOW!!! My husband looked at some reviews and found Sign My Signs and told me to check with them. I called and explained my situation.
Everything after that point was WOW!!! The listened to my crazed ideas and went with them and came up with the perfect banner in a matter of days!!! And it is beautiful!
I spent more than I did online, but I got what I wanted. Well worth the added expense. (Plus it saved my sanity!)
Don't bother shopping around. Simply go with a company that has 100% professionalism and goes the extra mile to make it happen with no BS! The gave me what they promised. They made it happen!

I am a classic Yelp lurker. I never post and always use Yelp. Sorry, Yelpers! This is one of the very few local businesses that I am coming out of my shell to review. It's that good.
I started at my current employer in 2009. I found Sign My Signs shortly after that and haven't looked back since. For our trade shows, we have had roll up signs, long vinyl signs, and handouts of various sizes printed. At our main location, we have had door vinyl and a large PVC sign to show on the street.
It is only while writing this review that I realize how high the quantity and variety are of the business that we have done with Sign My Signs. Every single item has been 100% up to expectations and delivered at a surprisingly low cost.
All of the above are very important, but what makes me a lifetime customer is Sign My Signs' flexibility and customer service. Parthavi works with customers at every step. For any given job, I can expect multiple status updates. I have also come to her with jobs that were literally days before I needed them and she makes it work.
This is a local, San Jose-based company that truly understands how important excellent customer service and effective communication are in the B2B world in Silicon Valley and I cannot recommend them enough. -

It gives me great pleasure to award FIVE STARS to Parthavi and her staff at Sign My Signs!!!
Last month, they completed our official SBC banner for our Labor Day bonfire event. I thought about making generic signs for our event. But since the crew is now well over 200 Yelpers, it was time to shine with an official banner. I designed our logo in Adobe Photoshop and quickly sent my image to Parthavi. In a matter of days, they were able to present the exact requirements for our banner. Our banner inspiration came from MTV's ABDC (American's Best Dance Crew). Parthavi had no problem creating our custom banner and making look as real as the one on MTV.
The end result was marvelous as John Michael, Cobber, and I raised the banner at our bonfire event. Major compliments and kudos because it was so easy for the crew and late comers to find us on the beach. Now for future events, we can post our banner for everyone to find us.
Cost: $220.00
Material: Vinyl with sewed loop end for hanging.
Total Days of Completion: Two weeks. I wanted Sign My Signs to take their time.
Notes: Use Adobe Illustrator to create your banners and then send the file to them. It will be easier to make edits in the future.

The owner was SOOOOOOO nice. She was able to send over Doug to get an estimate. She had the quote to me within an hour and now the project is getting done for tomorrow. WOW..they are quick, efficient and VERY friendly.
She worked faster than we could. Overall, I am very impressed with this company.

Sign My Sign has been instrumental in making my job easier. I work for a non-profit arts organization called MACLA. We put on 5 exhibition's a year plus other amazing events. We have needed signs in all shapes and sizes. We also have very short deadlines. Sign my Signs has came through in stellar results. They are the best of best. They are exceptional! Sign My Signs did a great job with my business sign! They were quick, efficient, and professional. In addition, they were very kind about working with me on my logo in order to get the best possible result. It took about a week from start to finish to get my sign created and installed. I recently ordered some window signage for my business and was pleased with the prompt service that I got from Parthavi. It has given my business a more visible and current look. There was one install error on one of the letters, but was repaired in a few weeks as promised. They were very patient working with me to get the size and appearance I was going for. Price was reasonable as well.

These guys are the best when it comes workmanship and customer service.
Our massage business is expanding and our new location has the opportunity for vinyl window decals advertisement.
I was really surprised that Doug came out measured our window, submitted their quote and I met with him on a Friday afternoon to discuss wording and arrangement by Saturday evening our window decals were up.
This level of customer service and professionalism surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend Sign My Signs for your advertising needs, they are second to none.
Btw, we are also purchasing A-frame signs, an outdoor banner and a indoor sign for our building as well. -

Our company needed a window graphic for our office and I found Sign my Signs on Yelp and decided to try them out. They had all the different types of window graphic (digital print, vinyl lettering, etc.) samples displayed around their office and they did a really good job explaining all of my options. I was very impressed with the quality and knowledge that Sign My Signs puts into their products. You can tell that they love what they do and want first and foremost for the customer to be satisfied.
Even though my job was a small one and they could have easily passed over it without much thought, they took the time to make sure all details were addressed. Doug walked me through the process of how to install my sign, etc., and provided information above and beyond what was necessary.
I'm really pleased and I'll definitely be coming back here to have more products made. -

This is a great place for vehicle logos too.
We needed logos for two of our trucks but needed help on what would work. Well we heard good things about Sign my signs so we went and met with them and they listened to what we were after and then came up with logos that look great.
Thanks so much Sign my Signs hope to bring in more vehicles and with the help of the great looking logos we should be able to.

We recently ordered several banners and signs from them. We did the design work ourselves, so we can't really speak to how helpful they would have been at helping in that department. I first contacted Sign-My-Signs with an idea of taking pictures from my company's website and making them into signs in my lobby. I had no idea what material or size I wanted but after speaking to Doug at Sign-My-Signs, he was very enthusiastic and provided many great ideas. As company policy, I was to obtain three bids from three different companies and Sign-My-Signs was the lowest and the most willing to have the job. They were very understanding to all the changes I made during the project. The signs turned out better than I expected and I will be contacting them to have more of these made for the other locations of my company.
Overall thoughts: Sign-My-Signs is a small and young company. I hesitated because of this but given that they were so enthusiastic and their price was right, I decided to take a chance on them and I am very glad I did. -

If you need a basic sign they are OK and fast. We had them do a sign and it was delivered as promised. We were interested in getting a monument sign and the owner kept pushing something we were not interested in and then they went silent.
My advice. Use them for banners and small signs. Anything more substantial you might be better served by getting other quotes. -

Sign My Signs delivers spectacular results!
I had three signs and a window stencil display made for my new dental office, Artisan Family Dental, and they turned out great! I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail. Parthavi and Doug made great efforts to ensure that I was satisfied with every step of the process.
One day after I had my signs placed, a new patient came into my office after driving around my complex. She told me that she noticed my sign and came right in! These are definitely results that deliver! -
