Most recently, Rhonda Morris has found a renter for our second home. Rhonda's professionalism and attention to details are remarkable. She has helped us tremendously in expediting ways to lease the house and find a tenant that hopefully will take care of our house. Thank you Rhonda - you sure made our lives less stressful.

We've been renting our condo now for 3 years and have had nothing but a great experience with the management. Especially Rhonda Morris. They are always there when you call and are really responsive to your needs whatever it may be. After 3 years and a growing family we needed something that would more suite our needs so when looking for a larger place I of course went to Rhonda. Although regretfully we did not find a place with them I would highly recommend their management team to anyone who is looking for great landlords. =)

I have met Rhonda Morris twice regarding her listings. She was very helpful, punctual, took her time and showed us the property. She listened to us and attended to our needs. She is very kind and professional person. She is very knowledgeable of the market and her properties are always in great shape, ready to go and priced right. Even though we didn't get the property we applied for, I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family.

Show and Sell Realty was established in 1973 by Amos Picker in Fremont, California. Amos Picker was the Broker of the company until 2009, when Brokerage was transferred to longtime associate Rhonda Morris. Rhonda Morris has been working with Show and Sell Realty since 1983. Amos Picker continues to be a Real Estate Broker and continues to work with Rhonda Morris, and Nancy Tsang, who has also been working with Show and Sell Realty since 1982. We have a history of clients and associates who continue to return to us for excellent real estate service and they also refer their friends and associates to us. We always strive to do what is best for our clients.

I am the Broker of Show and Sell Realty. I grew up in Fremont and attended Irvington High School [Go Vikings!]. I have been witness to all of the changes and growth in the wonderful City of Fremont.
