Ok experience in the office but horrible delivery! I'm am soo glad the Old Lady switched to Desert Bloom.
I mean read Katie's review:
"Dr. Sherman to come deliver me, she came in and said "Ok well i have a salad in the car so call me when shes crowning." SERIOUSLY!? did she say SALAD?"
This was true.
I hate to rate Dr. Sherman's office so low, because her Nurse Practitioner, Laurie, is amazing. Throughout my pregnancy i saw Laurie every time except for two. If you've ever been pregnant you know you see you dr every month, and toward the end, every week. So please do not mistake my two stars as an indictment of Laurie, shes awesome.
Dr. Sherman, however, is another story. Like i said she never made time to see me, so when i called her office with concerns in my last trimester and she'd tell me not to worry i was concerned since she probably couldnt describe me to a sketch artist.
I always waited at least an hour in the waiting room. If i had an appt during work hours i just took the whole day off cause i could not promise to be back at any particular time.
but most horrible of it all was when the nurses called Dr. Sherman to come deliver me, she came in and said "Ok well i have a salad in the car so call me when shes crowning." SERIOUSLY!? did she say SALAD?
when she finally did decide i was more important than a salad (and by the way if that salad didnt have feta and chicken on it, i swear to god i'll freak out that i was ranked below it!) she never addressed me once.
she only talked to the nurses and only even looked at me while i was actually pushing. my labor sounded like this:
"Good job katie! go go go push good job! *turn around* did you hear that carol and jim are back together? oh i know she so should not have taken him back. i think shes pregnant*turns back around* Push katie push!"
ugh.
