Stayed there one night. Got upgraded to the Club Level. This hotel is convinently located right off 10 FWY. The price is very reasonable and there are many fast foods within walking distance (In & out, Wendy's, Yoshinoya,..etc) and Ontario Mill is only 3 miles down for shopping needs. The hotel is small but staffs are friendly.

The Lobby: Small but staffs are generally friendly. There's a lobby lounge next to the lobby with three computers to access internet for free. otherwise, its 4.95/day in your room

The Room: Standard Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed, crisp linens but VERY VERY loud AC. When I walked down the hall, I can tell which room is occupied based on the AC noise, that tells u how loud it is. Comp. bottles of water if you are staying at the club level. Large LCD TV. The rooms are average in size, however, when you open the bathroom door, it will block the main door so its like one way or another (such an odd design).

The Pool: Very nice!! opens til 1030p at night, with a nice jacuzzi on the side and 2 cabanas free for guests to use. Its very nice to actually relax at the pool for an hour or two.

The Gym: Located on 2nd floor, small but have all the essential equipments.

The Club Lounge: One of the best lounge in Socal area. Serve real food at night - Grilled chicken, salmon, sandwiches, veggie dips, fruits (and they are really delicious!). Always stock with softdrinks too and they do serve continential breakfast in the morning too so for an extra amount of money, its totally worth to stay in the club level. Coffee is available 24/7.

Overall: Great airport property, as long as they keep the rate the same, would definitely return!

This hotel was nice enough, and the staff was friendly.  They would have gotten 3 stars if:  They hadn't booked up and accidentally put me in a smoking room.  Nasty!

A big upside: filled with mostly business travelers such as myself, the outdoor pool and hot tub were empty around 10 every night when I got back-nice relaxing swim in a private pool in the SoCal evening, then a few minutes in the hot tub.  Great way to end every day for the week I was out here.

Starting Jan. 1, 2008 all floors of the hotel became smoke-free....I guess room 427 didn't get that message. I thought my room smelled like smoke, but thought I was just paranoid. Then my friends came in and accused me of smoking in the room. I went to the front desk and complained. The 4th floor used to be a smoking floor. All rooms were booked so I couldn't move. When I checked in the staff were not friendly. Also, the housekeeping did not change my towels or change the sheets. I had to keep the room at 69 degrees for the room to not smell like an ashtray.

Also, when I made my reservation I was quoted $150/night, when I got there I was charged $180 plus tax. I was upset about that, so make sure they put the quoted price on your reservation or else the price fluctuates daily.

I stayed here when I took the bar exam, and I thought it was close enough to walk to the convention center. There's a Wendy's, In-n-Out, (expensive) Italian restaurant, Denny's, Circle K and Indian restaurant nearby.

So it's been over 2 weeks since I spoke with the General Manager of this hotel regarding having been over charged and to date, no credit has been issued to my card. The fact that I have had to spend so much time calling and trying to resolve the issue is baffling. You would think the general manager of a hotel would want to keep a platinum member happy. Maybe that is asking for too much.

I really wish I could give this hotel 0 stars.

We arrived several hours early and were made to feel welcomed and they had a room for us with in a half hour. Everyone we encountered had a smile and a friendly helpful attitude. I think this hotel has a nice outside with well kept landscaping and a nice pool area. The lobby is small but large enough for its purpose. It has a separate room with seating for one to lounge next to the restaurant. The room it self was fine, very clean and well maintained. Everything worked as it is designed to do. I have read where it has been updated with large screen TVs. I guess this was not one of those room as it had a standard TV. But that is fine as it worked well. The view from the window was great with a very nice aspect of the mountain. We stayed two nights and were happy with everything. Nice quiet room too.

I really enjoyed this hotel.  It was quiet, comfortable and the staff was nice and helpful.  The only complaint was that the sheets were a tad itchy.  If you're ever stuck out in the area for work, or in my case, the bar exam, stay here...the hotel will meet or exceed your expectations.

For the price this Sheraton charges, they could afford to give a lot more.  The much older Nites Inn across the street gives free wi-fi and bottled water.  At this Sheraton, nada, not even a shower cap.  Come on Starwood, you can do better than this.  Competition!  The free Starbucks brew in the room isn't enough!
