Very ho-hum hotel. Nothing special, nothing terrible.

I probably wouldn't stay here again as it wasn't very close to downtown Nashville. It was maybe a 5-10 minutes drive, which isn't that bad, but there are other hotels closer in.

I don't stay here any more. I have stayed 3 times and had issues with 2 of the visits. The only reason I booked a second time is that this hotel is convenient for my parents to drop me off and pick me up.

My first visit was a business trip for an overnight stay to be close to the airport for my early morning flight. I was charged a service fee for early check out because I left the hotel before 5 a.m. In 30 years of hotel stays, not one other place has charged me for leaving early to catch my airplane.

Visit two was not too bad. I had my puppy and it was really fun to stay in a nice room with my puppy.

Third visit, I flew in to see a band and the hotel said they have complimentary air port shuttle. The person said it runs regularly and no problem just wait at the courtesy area at the airport. What she didn't tell me that it stops at a specific time and to get the shuttle, you have to call. I called and waited and called and waited an hour and a half.  Once I arrived at this hotel, I wanted to go to Music Row (I was lucky and caught a ride with some business folks going to dinner), but the cab ride back was quite expensive.  Not only that, my cab driver took me back to the hotel on the back roads.  I was actually scared that I may not make it back to the hotel as the cab driver barely spoke enough English to communicate that although we were not taking the familiar expressways back to the hotel that he did know the way.  I was pretty happy to see this hotel.  The cab ride was very expensive as well.  The kicker is that I barely saw the band that I flew in to see with all these issues.  Last thing, the upgraded my room included a complimentary breakfast. It was very lackluster and no substitute for service.

I stay any where in Nashville, but here.

I stayed there for 3 days during the conference. Friendly but slow service.  The bathroom was small. I doubted if any six-feet tall could sink their butt in the tub! Walking through the hallway was unbelievable. It's full of trash and empty food trays left out by guests as if housekeeping staff not working for week.  Just unbelievable.

From the outside this hotel is super impressive. On the inside....Meh.
Nice balcony, and pool and gym. The bar and shops were lacking. The hallways smelled of refuse, due to the college and high school ballers staying there, leaving tons of trash/food in the hallway; brought in from 7-11. During my 4 day stay, I felt like I was living in an episode of White Shadow. dribble dribble layup in the hallway.

OK hotel, very cookie cutter, standard amenities,  poor gift shop, the health club was very nice, had OJ and fruit available in the morning.  Bar was adequate only with a very slow meal service.  You had to wait too long to get food at the bar.  Better to go to the on site restaurant for faster service.  Worst thing about the hotel were it's directions from the airport, got really lost........
