I was at this hotel last Friday for a meeting of sorts and I was very pleased by their caterers and event planning staff. They were well prepared and very helpful and patient with all our requests. The  breakfast and lunch served wasn't the greatest but it sufficed. The hotel restaurant is in the atrium which is pretty and has a cool view of all the hallways. Oh, and can I just say that this hotel is meant for short people. I went to the restroom and noticed that the toilets were lower than usual, the kid's urinal was at floor level and the regular urinals were at the standard kid's level while the sinks barely came up halfway to my thighs. Oh, and I hear good things about the rooms and suites in this hotel from my coworkers.

I really, really like this hotel. The rooms are suites so there is a lot of room and makes you feel at home. Flat screen tvs, excellent room service lovely photos of the city instead of some awful painting of daisies. Very comfortable bed, although feng shui not a factor in the design. Clean, airy and bright with a comfortable couch and plenty of objects on which I could strew my personal belongings. The bathroom was great and thumbs up on the excellent shower with desired amount of water pressure. And of course, the most highly venerable hotel bar, West 72. The bartender looks straight out of an eighties drama with floppy hair and rolled up sleeves and a snazzy vest. He makes a mean martini and was very helpful about local late night dining and things. It was also the place we were introduced to the tasty local brew, Goose Island. Rosemont, you're a hell of a town with a classy airport hotel.
