Normally after the experience that I had here I'd give them one star. However, the management was fairly receptive to my situation.

As a woman traveling alone I have never felt unsafe. Until I stayed here. I checked in right before Midnight and fell asleep sometime around 2am. When I woke up the next morning my purse was not on the bed with me where I left it. It was in the bathroom. It was open and so was my wallet. All of my cash was missing. Not my IPod or my GPS unit that was sitting charging next to the sink. Not my blackberry phone that was on the bed with me as well. Not even my credit cards or anything else of value. Just all the cash that I had just gotten out of the ATM the morning before.  

The operations manager was initially not as receptive as I would have liked but he did do an investigation. They think I left the door open. Which is possible since I hadn't bolted the door. I do now, every time I stay in a hotel. I remember the door being closed. Whatever the case may be I will never be staying here again. Hotel management is sending a check for the cash that was stolen. Creepy, creepy, creepy.

A great staff in need of a better property.
Everyone I came in contact with was nice helpful and friendly.
For me the beds are to soft, the place needs an update, and the idea in this day and age wireless access as an extra charge instead of part of the room package is insane (in my opinion).
Breakfast was pricey but very very good so I'll pay and smile because it was worth it.
If it's my choice will I stay here again -- no.
If it's a flight delay and the airline sends me here -- hey I've had worse and the staff makes the stay a as enjoyable as possible with what they have to work with.
