2 reviews for Sheraton Denver West Hotel
Yeah everyone who works here is SUPER nice. Like Gerry who works the cocktail hour on the Club Level.
BUT everything here is super outdated and totally needs replacing. For example, the fixtures in the bathrooms are from the 1970s. The wallpaper in my Club Level room is peeling. The back bedskirt has white paint marks.
You could totally walk into this place and think that it was lovely like a normal Sheraton. Even walk down the renovated halls and think that you were going to get a Starwood quality room.
You're in for a whole other experience. Sure I have a jet tub and a huge shower but they are so old and grody-looking that I cringe everytime I take a shower. My bathtowel had a tear in it. My hair dryer doesn't work. The placement of the TV unit in my room exposes the full four feet of the electrical cord. The rooms are spacious but poorly laid out.
But two stars for the friendly service. Good people work here.
Cottage cheese ceilings, bathroom fixtures from the 60s and cheap, chipped furniture. Only thing good was the friendly service.
