*Review is for Ballroom/Event Only*

I attended a private holiday event here as a plus one and I was underwhelmed. The ballroom is huge, but it looked really cheap and you know hotels are equipped to put on classier events (well, one would hope). The table-tops were huge - must have sat at least 10 people each. The buffett was bland and the hors d'oeurvres were cold by the time they circled the room. The bartender was cutting people off left and right (this is what they get for having an open bar) which put a damper on the evening.

All in all - I would suggest a face-lift for the Sheraton Boston. It needs to tighten it up a little bit.

Thanks to priceline, again, I got a super good deal on a room during graduation season for my parents.  I called about a month after booking to confirm the reservation and put in a request for a room w/ two double beds. The staff told me that for priceline bookings I would normally get a room with a queen bed, and it would be an upgrade if I'd like the doubles or a king.  However, he end up giving me a room w/ two doubles anyways, and the front desk receptionist was very confused when my parents checked in.

When we got to the room, we were on the 12th floor I believe, we were definitely impressed with the quality. They have just renovated certain areas of the hotel and we got a brand new room, very spacious, two wonderful beds and a great bathroom.  I had a wonderful time staying there and they even help me store some stuff (for free) for almost a week after I have checked out.

After staying at the Marriott, this place felt like the Taj Mahal. Truth be told, I am a Starwood Girl at heart and prefer the Westin as my go-to hotel, but the Sheraton's rates were better (hey, a girl's gotta eat at the end of the month, ya know!).

The lobby could use a facelift, but the rooms have been recently renovated. Very clean, spacious, and my room had a nice view of the city. The wifi was reasonably priced ($10 for 24 hours) and I couldn't hear a peep in my room (I was on the 7th floor). Bathrooms were lovely and the bed was amazingly comfortable.

I have had some extremely questionable Sheraton stays (ie: the hotel in the middle of nowhere CT with the llama convention....don't ask), but this made me a believer. Sheraton, you're not so bad after all.

Hotwire!  Booked this hotel for $130/night when they were advertising $240 on their website.  It still confuses me that you can get a much better deal by using a middle man like hotwire.  This hotel seemed a little bit older and is in need of a renovation.  Nothing terrible but lots of things seem very 70s.  There is no wifi in the rooms.  Not even available.  disappointing that in 2009 you still have to plug your computer into a 1 foot long jack for internet.  There are many "lesser" hotels that offer free wifi, days inn, holiday inn, hyatt place just to name a few.  Parking was expensive at $46/night.  Don't know if that's the going rate in Boston, but that seemed a little bit steep.  I did like he location of the hotel.  There were some restaurants within walking distance.  Overall, would stay here again but its nothing special.

I won't be staying here again.  Note to self, don't try to save your company a few bucks and earn a few Starwood by staying in a cheaper place like the Sheraton so you can enjoy lack of soundproofing and a lot of noise!  I normally stay at the Westin on Summer St but it was sold out as was the Copley Westin.  So I thought I'd give the Sheraton a try since its in a great location and yes, I wanted the points.

BUT, it is VERY loud.  As  we speak, I'm up past midnight because all I hear are doors slamming VERY loudly and yes, I can hear the small children talking,. not screaming, just talking in the room across the hall.

Also it smells stale and dingy...less than optimal.  Im wearing my ipod in hopes of drowning everything out and to catch a few zzz's

Yes it's a convention hotel.  Yes I am not a big fan of convention hotels.  However, I just stayed here and noticed that the have been renovating the heck out of the hotel.  Just stayed in a new room and it was great.

Location is awesome.

Shower quality moved up tremendously..not a firehouse, but not a drizzle.

I stayed here for a convention once and it kind of sucked.

The lines for check-in were out of control and completely disorganized, the staff didn't even seem to know what was going on and kept on instructing us to wait in different lines. When we did make it to the front desk the staff was rude, and I've stayed in some dives and I don't think I've ever had service like that. Check-in was at 3 and I don't think we even got a room until at least a little after 7. They said they had held a room with two double beds for us (as requested) and we ended up with a room with one king bed. Ok. So we asked for a roll away which they said would be up to are room quickly (at our cost) and needless to say that didn't happen. We made a big stink via phone and front desk and they transferred us over to a room with two double beds at about 11pm that night.

The hallways were littered with room service trays that never seemed to be picked up. It smelled pretty bad.

Checking out it turned out they had charged us for an extra night.

All and all, I'd never stay there ever again and I can't imagine not paying a reduced convention rate to stay there.

As a convention hotel it may be just so-so, but for leisure it's a great hotel given its proximity to the shops/restaurants on Newbury St, Prudential shops, T subway station, and the room amenities. Stayed here with family through Priceline's 'Name your own price' feature...only paid $80 for a night's stay. The biggest drawback is the hefty parking charge - no hotel parking, guests advised to park at Prudential Center and there is no hotel validation. So we paid $39 for 24 hours parking. The rooms feature a LG flat screen tv, soap/shampoo by Bliss, and the rooms themselves are fairly clean. Would I pay full price $210 for night stay here even with all these features? Not likely. And that's what Priceline is for.

The hubs and I snagged a room at the Sheraton via Priceline for $100, a price that I somewhat resent since I see that others have gotten a much better deal previously. The location is top notch-- we walked everywhere and anywhere and our feet are still intact (well, sort of, since I neglected to pack sensible shoes, moron that I am). The lobby was welcoming, especially if you're into mingling with tourists in Red Sox gear and conference attendees toting goofy nametags and laptops. The lass at the front desk was cordial, kindly giving us a room with an awesome view of the Charles on the 22nd floor. The renovated rooms themselves are nicely appointed and modern looking, though shockingly small. The bathroom was also tiny and had a scary door that stuck when closed--eek! The Bliss toiletries were a nice touch. I appreciated the free Showtime, which gave me a chance to catch up on my intake of Weeds. Parking in the area is abysmal, but there are some local alternatives to the Prudential Center's $39. We parked on Haviland Street at the Patriot Parking lot, which seemed a little shady but saved us a few bucks at $30 a day. I think the daily rate is even lower when there isn't a Red Sox game going on, so definitely check it out.
We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton, and would have enjoyed it even more at $80 a night.

Not bad for a convention hotel but I believe we were lucky and stayed there when there was no convention going on. Fairly convinient but a little further away from things than the Westin Copley or the Four Seasons that we stayed in previously. But it was cheep and I still get my star points.

When BF told me we were staying at the Convention Center hotel for vacation, I was like "WTF?! Convention Centers are usually lame-o." But, not here! This was a great location. The T takes you right there (Green Line E to Prudential) and we could walk everywhere...Fenway, Boston Common, Freedom Trail. This place appears to have been recently renovated-room had a flat screen TV, very comfy linens, and everything just looked new and clean. Free internet in the lobby, knowledgeable concierge. Fantastic view of the Charles River from our room.
Docked a star because of the crazy lobby, which I can only assume has to do with the fact that it's a convention center. It was a mob scene with super long lines from Thursday night to Friday afternoon. The Boston Animae Convention was also at this hotel (made for some great people-watching!), and with everyone checking in, the lines were insane. So, if you're there during a convention, you may have to wait awhile.

Good place to stay on business or if you want a hotel that is very centrally located in Boston.

Pros:
- Awesome views of the city and the Charles River from your room - that was a nice surprise
- Located close to orange and green T-lines so public transportation is easy
- Typical Sheraton so you know what to expect - decent service, clean, efficient.  All the basic amenities including wifi for a fee.
- Prudential Mall is connected so easy access to shops and restaurants (although the only restaurants are typical chain-y types like Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs, etc)

Cons:
- Typical Sheraton - nothing that stands out about the room, lobby, etc.  Very typical.
- I thought ALL Starwood hotels were supposed to have the "Dream Bed" but now it seems some of their 2nd tier hotels don't. The pillows weren't super soft and the sheets were clearly a low thread count (okay, yes I am a snob about these things)
- Pricey for what you get but on the other hand, I guess you are paying for the location.

This is the kind of hotel that is good when you are there on the conference group rate only.

There's nothing horrible about it - just isn't one of the best representations of the Sheraton family I've stayed at. The rooms don't quite match the standard of the lobby and the price, though things were adequately comfortable.

The gym was pretty nice, however, and the pool was bigger than most executive hotels. There's also the extreme convenience of the hotel being attached to the Hynes Convention Center via a mall, which is really the number one reason by far to stay at this hotel.

I must note, however: there was an emergency in the north tower where we stayed at 3:50am. Lovely.

That's obviously not the hotel's fault, but what was their fault was how poorly they handled the situation. 20 minutes of "Stay in your rooms, we are checking it out" over the intercom, with the constant barrage of BEEPBEEPBEEP in between...then silence. No "All clear" or "Sorry for that" or "You aren't going to die in a fiery blaze so go back to sleep."

Adequate is just not good enough for a hotel of this price, especially when there are a slew of other options.

Hadn't stayed here in about a year (I always prefer the Westin Copley Place, but it was sold out), but this property has been substantially renovated and is much nicer than it used to be.  Nice rain shower, great Starwood Heavenly Bed.  As other reviewers point out, the location is great -- a short walk to Boylston Street and the rest of the Back Bay.

One thing I did not like is that they pretty much have outsourced their fax receipt capabilities to an independently-operated business center.  I called the front desk and asked for the fax number (it's not printed on the phone or anywhere else, which is unusual for a large hotel), and they gave me a number.  I confirmed with this person that the number was for the hotel, not the business center, and they said yes, and further said they would deliver the fax under my door.  Needless to say, no fax.  "Oh, it's probably in the business center," said the cheerful night front desk attendant.  The business center was closed for the night, so no luck.  I can see this becoming a trend -- hotels don't want to be bothered with faxes, etc. -- but it's not a good one.  You can't take yourself seriously as a business hotel in a major city if the guests have no ability to receive faxes (or even to print out a document) after 11pm.

Having said all that, this place would be ok for a trip to Boston for fun.  It's cheap and comfortable.

I'm certainly not a hotel expert, but there are several reason why I love this hotel. First of all, it's in the perfect location. You are walking distance to just about everything downtown, and a really short walk to the T if you need to get anywhere else.

It's also got very nice rooms, and if you use Hotwire to book them (and, really, why wouldn't you?), you can get them for great rates. The staff here has always been friendly and courteous, and I've never had oen complaint from any of the numerous times I've stayed here.

Also, I have nostalgic reasons... this is the hotel my family always stayed at on our summer trips to Boston, and it's also where most MLB teams stay when they're in town. So when I was a kid, I got tons of autographs... Don Mattingly, Mike Mussina, Roberto Alomar, Joe Carter... it was awesome.

But, by far, the best one I ever got was Rickey Henderson. It was late, about 1 or 2 am. The players were slowly trickling in to the hotel. I was about to go up to my room and call it a night, when lo and behold, who comes strolling in, absolutely hammered, with a girl on each arm... Rickey.

I approached him and asked for his autograph. He proceeded to tell me how "this is my life..." and how I was bothering him. Then the girls he was with started telling him that if he didn't sign my baseball card that they weren't going upstairs with him and started to head for the door. Reluctantly, Rickey grabbed my card, and signed it. The autograph basically reads something like "R. Hweoprsfdh..." as it falls off the bottom of the card.

As terrible an autograph as that is, it's by far my favorite one!

I spent a week here since it was the conference hotel.  I used the automated check-in kiosk, which informed me that I had selected to receive the USA Today, but if I called room service they could refrain from delivering it, and credit me 75c.  Okay.  I tried that.  My adventure that week was reminding them I didn't need USA Today.  Upon check-out, I inquired as to my 75c credit.  I was informed that three is no credit, the USA Today is complementary.

That's the sort of faceless, mysterious corporate inattention to detail that characterized the week.  There was the unashamedly overpriced restaurant, the decrepit public restrooms, and the flood of water caused by a light rain that was very distracting during a presentation and required the hotel staff to shut off some electricity in the room.

The bit that annoyed me most was the "hermetically sealed" high-rise architecture.  Living in California I miss the muggy humidity found east of the Mississippi.  Alas, my room felt like it was specially designed to create human beef-jerky.

Ah and my last gripes: I'm forced to receive USA Today, which I don't want.  But Internet access--at a tech conference--is an extra $10/day!?  I don't need television at all, but I'll watch the Daily Show . . . nope, no Comedy Central.

Work paid, so I can't gripe too much, but for my own purposes I'd check out the Youth Hostel around the corner.  At least there, you'll get what is paid for!

I stayed here last weekend and had a fabulous time. Our suite was spacious, the beds comfortable, the small items were all accessible (ice, iron, glasses....)

Nothing really beats the location of this hotel. Everything is right at the base of the elevator. You have restaurants, shopping, bars, dance clubs....anything you could ever really ask for when it comes to having a nite out in boston. The staff was super friendly....check in and out was painless. The room service was timely.

SO why not a five star'r.....the food delivered from the room svc was scary looking. The burger looked like it had been run over by a UPS  truck. I did not like the lack of window space in our room. I felt imprisoned. And worst of all, the TV was not a flat screen. For the price of the room, I felt like we deserved a freakin flat screen!!

Otherwise, what a conveniently placed hotel......

I initially had low expectations for this place after seeing the reviews but it wasn't as bad as some posts made it out to be.  The room was clean, we got the type of room we wanted with a great view.

The club lounge was nice to have.  They had a promotion which included access to the lounge that I would recommend. They had unlimited bottled water and granola bars.  The evening snacks were okay but I've had better at other lounges.

If you want to avoid the internet fee, they have a number of computers in the lobby with free internet access which was a huge plus.  I wouldn't mind staying here again.  Location is near a lot of great places.

While I didn't actually stay at the Sheraton, I walked through the lobby many, many times during my visit to Boston.  I stayed across the street at the Hilton Back Bay, so I could walk through the lobby of the Sheraton, go up the escalator, and enter the Prudential Center whenever I wanted to get a bite to eat, do some shopping, go to the Hynes Convention Center, or catch the T at the Prudential green line stop.  This last option was particularly convenient when it was time to go to the airport since it's much easier to roll a suitcase through a mall than out on the streets.

If you want convenience, stay at the Sheraton (or at the Hilton across the street).

I Hotwired a 3.5 star hotel in Back Bay and when I saw it was a Sheraton, I was like whaaaaaaaaaaat? I'd always thought Sheratons were janky airport hotels a la Days Inn or something.

But this hotel is reaaally tall -- and nice and modern! The rooms are on the smaller side, but the amenities are aplenty (Bliss products!) and totally spotless. The lobby is huge, AND they have about 10 computers scattered around with free internet access for guests.  FREE! Did I mention it was free? Internet? Access? I travel a lot for work and that is one thing you just don't ever see.

There's also a Starbucks in the lobby and a nice lounge with tasty wasabi snax and delicious beer on tap.

If you're a first timer in Boston, as I was, the location was great because it was steps away from the action on Boyleston and Newbury Streets.

This is a decent mainstream hotel. The rooms are a bit on the small side, and the room service is expensive and ends at 1:30 a.m.

The hotel is attached to the Prudential Center shopping arcade, so there are lots of stores and a food court right there. Restaurants include Legal Seafood, CPK, and a Cheesecake Factory. It's also attached through a series of enclosed skyways to another mall across the street and the Back Bay Amtrak station, which is great in the heat and cold.

The Back Bay location is perfectly situated for gay bars, Newbury St. shopping, and Boston Commons.

Good times are provided by the indoor/outdoor pool with a retractable roof for summer fun and fitness equipment on the fifth floor. Also, the second-floor conference area is always hosting something. When I was there, the hotel was overrun with middle-aged Irish couples at some Irish-American association event. Drunk priests in elevators -- FUN!

Summary:
--huge factory hotel, though ok for conventions
--impersonal service, though occasionally helpful if pressed
--good location *if* you're going to be generally in the area
--walking distance to decent restaurants of all price ranges

The only reason I'm adding to the rest of the reviews is to comment on how the hotel handled a late night fire alarm situation.  Basically I guess they did as well as could be expected, though, when it turned out to be a false alarm, the guests in their bathrobes in the lobby were irritated, at best.

I had to go to Boston last week, so I was put up at the Sheraton.
This hotel is within walking distance of the City Garden, Boston Common, Fenway Park and many other must see destinations not to mention lots of shopping and restaurants. I wasn't totally satisfied with the services, but have to admit since it was a business trip the $190 a night wasnt coming out of my pocket, which makes it hard to complain. All in all the staff was friendly and the hotel was a nice place to stay. The most annoying problem that I had was with the water temperature. Some times it would take forever to get hot (5 minutes!) and occasionally I would run out in the middle of my shower. The pool is not as big as their website would have you believe but was still good sized.
They had really late room service, which was nice considering the long days I had.

I've read mixed reviews for this particular Sheraton and Sheratons in general, so I came expecting the worst.  I suppose it all depends on which tower you're staying at.  I was in the South Tower and loved it!

I can't remember if the South Tower or the North is suppose to have better views, but I had two windows/views and on one side there was an awesome perspective of Boston.    If all I had was the one other view of the North Tower, I would have jumped out.

Thinking I was heading to my room on the same floor, I got off the elevator in the North Tower.  It was claustrophobic and dreary.  I was so relieved when I got to the "right" tower!  The South Tower's halls are cheery and bright by comparison.

The lobby is amazing.  It gives the allusion that this a better, five star hotel.  Loved that there was a Starbucks, a bar, and computers w/ internet access for guests in the lobby and you can't beat the location!  It's smack dab in the middle of the city and convenient for sightseeing.

The only complaints I have for this place is the doormen and certain members of the concierge staff.  I wish I could recall the name of the woman at the concierge desk who assisted me w/ directions to the MFA, she was amazing and so friendly.  The other staff member, a short man, who was working the late afternoon/early night shift was a complete d*****.  I asked him for aiport options, as in how to get to the airport, and let me just say I almost missed my flight.  One would think that a business traveler orientated hotel like the Sheraton would be apt at getting their guests to and from the airport effortlessly.

I stood waiting for the "shuttle" service for nearly an hour, only to end up frantically hailing a cub at the last moment b/c the shuttle never arrived.  Apparently there was traffic at rush hour.  Imagine!  When I asked the doormen for help duing the hour wait in the cold, they either ignored me or gave me the evil eye as if I was the reason for the Red Sox 87 yr. curse.  Sorry if my questions don't lead to a tip but I tipped my arse off during my stay at the hotel and wasn't just going to throw money around for some human decency. Which is bad, b/c up until my exit, I had a fantastic time and the bed was amazing.

You get exactly what you pay for here. Better-than-average convention hotel with nice rooms. The $10 a day internet charge sucks, but is to be expected, and at least is an option. The concierge staff isn't that great, but my interactions with the front desk folks were positive. The maids might want to knock before coming in, but other than that I'm complaint-less.

First impressions are positive.  I agree with the other Yelpers that this hotel isn't designed for leisure, it's for business travelers.

I didn't have any problems checking in.  My one peeve is that they put me in a handicap access room, so the bed is lower and the shower only has a curtain with no tub.

My room has a desk with chair, and there's lounge-type chair with round table next to it.  In-room (wired) internet access is $10.95 per day.  I was able to hook up my WiFi router -- so I'm not tethered by cables.

There's an in-room coffee maker similar to the Flavia coffee maker that I have at home.

This hotel is into conservation so linens and towels will only be changed when requested.  There are several complimentary internet stations in the hotel's lobby.  I'm sitting in the Starbucks lounge area inside the hotel.  My laptop isn't detecting a T-Mobile HotSpot, although there is a Starbucks in the hotel lobby area.  The hotel does offer 2-hour compimentary WiFi access (per day??) throughout the lobby.  The bar is still open when I checked in, but wasn't serving any food, so no drinks for me.  Room service ends at 1:30 am.

This rating is -2 stars because as I my coworker and I were sitting in the hotel bar we noticed a kid about 5 years old "hanging" out in the bar with her parental units.  When my coworker tried to talk to the front desk about what he observed in the bar, he was told, "That's OK....this is Massachusetts, not California".

Check in was simple as we booked the rooms a couple months ago. I even called a week after our initial reservation to add another room and request adjoining rooms and they were very accommodating. The lobby was huge - the taking up the entirety of the first floor with comfy chairs and chess tables. The rooms looked nice and new and were pretty big. They only have doubles beds though so it fit two people ok if you didn't roll around in your sleep. Big bathrooms and a giant flat screen TV were pluses. Also the desk area was cool as I had to do some work on the trip. Internet was an additional ten bucks for 24 hours. My favorite place in the whole room was the wooden window seat with an awesome view of Boston. I could sit and look out over everything. They have a pool too but I didn't check it out as it was way too cold. It's also conveniently located around everything - off the green line of the T. It's also super close to Prudential Center - connected at the second floor even. And a block away from Boylston Street with lots of restaurants, pubs, and shopping. I didn't like how the entrance was off on a side street so you have to walk around the building and Prudential Center to get into the building.

The hotel may be good for conventions and stuff, but this is not a hotel you want to stay at for leisure. It is nice that they have complimentary breakfast for platinum SPG guests, but the quality of the food is not even comparable with the Westin (another Starwood hotel that is a few steps away).
The suite room was nothing like a suite. It was small, dirty, and old.
There was a ghetto fold-up table with a white cloth on it. SImply, lame.
The hotel itself is less than $300 a night, but it is definitely not worth it. I would recommend you staying at the Westin for a little more and get a lot cleaner and spacious room.

This Sheraton is a solid hotel; fantastic location (steps from The Pru and Boylston), beautiful lobby, good-sized rooms.

An out-of-town friend stayed here for a business trip and I recently visited him; I was definitely impressed by the prompt and friendly service. He loved that the hotel was a hop, skip, and jump away from a variety of bars (Bukowski, Dillon's, Cactus Club, etc.) and restaurants (Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang's, Chili Duck, Legal Seafoods).

I'd recommend the Sheraton Back Bay if you're traveling to the area anytime soon.

We stayed here over the weekend, and it was an overall pleasant experience. Rooms are a tad smaller than I expected, but fine nonetheless. I arrived a little before check-in time, which was no trouble for reception, I was able to check right in. The other staff here are very accommodating and helpful as well.

We had a junior suite for our stay, and loved having the extra room to socialize and have friends up for a bit. Our view overlooked the Charles, and with the gorgeous weather over the weekend, it was perfect.

The location is great for all the nearby shopping, restaurants, you can even walk to Fenway from here. This alone is reason enough for us to go back.

While I prefer the Westin to this hotel, I wouldn't object to staying again.

My university had its spring ball here. Now, for a fancy event, you'd expect they'd gussy up the place a bit, but nay. The dance floor was really small. The worst part was the food. It was this weird mishmash of different international cuisines, which made me feel like I was at the Old Country Buffet, albeit wearing a ball gown. THEN they brought out the dessert, which was a mess! There were hardly any serving tools, so it was just like a big gob of cake - I was so worried it would get all over my dress.

We and a lot of others left early. It's a shame, because I'm sure my university paid a lot of money to have the event there.

That said, I've never actually stayed here.

I've stayed here a few times.  Nothing special, just a quality hotel attached to the Prudential Center.  The rooms are spacious, the service is fine, and the location is very nice, right in Back Bay.

There is always a long line of taxis waiting outside (to serve this hotel and the nearby Hilton), as well as convenience to three T stops (Hynes, Kenmore, and Back Bay, if you don't mind walking through the two malls).  If you can get a room in the tower, try to get one that looks out over the Charles -- You'll have a really nice view of Cambridge from there.

I like this hotel. It has a bigass reception room, and guys in hats under heating lamps to open doors for you.

The location is fantastic. The beds are great (I believe you can request specific types of pillows). Because of the height and location of this building, there is no such thing as a bad view.

They have a great pool and fitness area as well.

Bonus points for hosting the fetish fair ever year!

I 'd say that the location is nice, the rooms are OK, and the staff is great (concierge desk is OK...). The large party staff are extremely helpful. The wait staff are friendly. Once again, the concierge - not so good! The bathrooms are TINY and the television access is limited and the layout is less than intuitive. All and all, the rooms aren't bad, the service is pretty good, and the location is prime!

I stayed here last year and for close to $400 bucks a night what a disappointment. It's only saving graces is the location. You are a hop and skip away from everything. I would give it 5 stars for the convenience and location.

I "lived" there for five days back in August when i moved to town and experienced a bit of an apartment snafu.  The front desk went out of their way to make me comfortable, even though I'm hardly their "normal" business, weekday  clientele (ever been in an elevator with 6 armani-suits only to realize that your sweats have a hole in the bum? yeah, that's me)    The pool is great, there's a starbucks with free wireless internet for guests on the lobby-floor and you can be shopping before breathing outdoor air in the am. The rooms have real Ralph-Lauren-y feel to them, and the bed and sheets were loverly.

If you have family or friends coming to town, especially who have a New England drivers license or piece of ID, you can get a rather substantial discount- this was how i was able to "live" there for less per night than a number of "bargain" places.   There's not much better than a fancy, comfy bed for a deal!

From the outside, this placed looked horrid. I was convinced the cab driver had the wrong place! Inside though - very nice. Lounge has wireless and good snacks and drinks. The rooms are TINY though - I'm  not a big person and I was bumping into things and struggling to find a place for my ginormas suitcase. They get 4 stars for the comfy Sheraton beds and the very sweet lap pool. Not many hotels actually have a pool you can swim laps in! Yeah! The cardio room was almost always packed, so good luck with that one.
