Rude.  Thats all.  Rude.  Tried the next gas station over...guess what?  Rude.  Was denied use of the bathroom at both places.  Went to Chicken Salsa and had the worst taco of my life and used the bathroom there.  Then I drove elsewhere for gas.

I had them put two new tires on my car and they F*d up the balancing - I would be driving at 30 MPH and the car would shake like the wheel was coming off.  I took it back and they said.. nope it is correct...car was still shaking so bad I could not drive it. I took it back again and they told me that my suspension needed to be replaced and thats why it was shaking.

I took my car to Wheel Works down the road, I explained to them what happened and they were kind enough to balance my tire for free.  Guess what - no more shaking.  Wheel Works gets my business from here on out.

So I come out to my car one morning about to go to school, open my driver door, sit down and realize that my entire passenger seat is filled with glass....and my window is gone. I flipped out. Freaked out. Had no idea what to do...I mean ahhhh it was hideously scary. And to top it all off one of my tires was slashed and my car was keyed. Who slashes one tire? Who does this kind of thing? Psh ill never leave my gate open again!

Anyways so my parents were gone and not answering their phone. A typical situation. So i headed right down the hill to the first gas/service station. Shell.

They stopped what they were doing immediately, consoled me, told me what to do and most importantly fixed my tire and changed it to  my spare within minutes. There were tons of other people waiting and having their car serviced but he stopped it all to help me out. AND for free. Thats right. Fast, immediate service for free. But i stil gave him 20 for being so great to squeeze me in. I was extremely satisfied. He even told me to report this to the police and return my car to the driveway so they could make a report .Psh advice too? Love them .

I adore them. All of them. Shell on the corner of prospect and de anza is great. I loved them so much its the only gas station i go to now. Got a shell card and im set!!!

So thats my store. They don't just do tires changes. They change oil and brakes and other car services. Also a small food mart inside. Great service for a Great place!

This review is for the car wash.

It sucks and the sad thing is I knew it was going to suck when I saw those rubber octopus things in the wash instead of cloth. I mean who the hell thought rapidly spinning rubber would ever sufficiently clean a dirty car. Well I guess I did and lesson learned...again. My car came out still dirty, not dry, and I drove all the way home to SF watching water run down every window streaking them all...again. 1 star cause the wash shifted around the dirt making my car look dirty in a different way then before.
