(Review to add more picture) Honestly, I have went to this salon before and have never had an issue. However, the boss is just awful. She doesn't listen to her clients and she's very unprofessional.

Zina is a miracle worker , amazing results. Book your appointment now ,clean, comfortable, and she is determined that you will leave her salon.....feeling and looking amazing !

Allison is my stylist here. I have been going to her now for 10+ years. NEVER an unpleasant experience or bad cut! She knows my style, and when I want something different, she let's me know straight-up if I will or will not like it (for my texture of hair). She is always right! She is always accommodating to me as well! BUT, she is a busy gal, so I ALWAYS make sure I leave with my next appointment on tap!

Went in for a cut, Jennifer gave me a great cut and suggested a recolor.
Made the appointment for last week.
Did a two process color, and a shorter hair cut.
Loved it! Feel like a new person, and think I look younger.

Had the worst experience. Showed owner what I was doing with my hair, pictures of color and style I wanted. I questioned the samples she showed me she was going with to match what I wanted. She "promised" me it wouldn't come out red. Anything I asked or questioned she would argue with me. In the end when it was done, the haircut was barely a cut except for the uneven chunk missing from the back and having Bright RED hair. It has cost me $260 for it to be fix by another salon. Worst experience ever and coming from the owner to boot. After the fact ran into 3 other people who had the same experience.

I love this place - my husband and I travel from L.A., Cali every year to see his family for the holidays and I always stop in here with family to get our nails and eyebrows done. Beautiful salon, awesome people - awesome work. I also order gift certificates for my mom in law over the phone - they are always so helpful. Highly recommend!

I'd pick somewhere else next time.... this place is so bad with acrylic nails they are uneven and crooked looks like a chunk of nail polish sitting on my finger and they had dents in them right where they broke in a week but they are good at touching up ONLY with eye brow waxing

I had a great little pedicure here while on vacation. Considering Bennington is quite small and the locals sometimes scare me, I wouldn't trust my feetsies to just anyone!

The staff here is reasonably friendly and the building is clean. I'm not much of a talker when it comes to having my feet beautified, I usually have my nose in a book, so the lack of communication worked out well for me.

I'm not sure if they take walk-ins, it's probably best to call and make an appointment. The tubs are all the way in the back, hidden from view, as Shear Jazz is mainly a hair salon. They also offer tanning.

I might try The Clip Shop instead next time, I've seen their tubs and I like them a little better, but this is a solid choice when in need.

The ladies at Shear Jazz are so amazing! My bridal party went to them the day before the wedding and they did an amazing job on our manicures. I also treated myself to a pedicure and it was fantastic! Zina did an incredible job on my hair and makeup for the wedding (I may be a little biased because she's my aunt) and she was so great at making sure she could get to everyone else who needed hair and makeup done without sacrificing quality. Overall, as someone who has been using Shear Jazz's services for many many years, I highly recommend you give them a call!

I've been a walk-in here twice now. Have gotten cuts from two different stylists, both times were just what I asked for, and looked great! The wait was short or not at all, and I was in and out in 45 minutes. What more can a busy person ask for?
