I specialize in nurturing and guiding professionals before during and after the anxiety and tension of career changes. I help people find a part of themselves that helps their unique features stand out when it's most important. I am a Certified Coach.

In addition, I am a Certified DBT Trainer and Facilitator. In this work, I introduce and guide clients though positive effective behavior changes. The process involves a non-judgmental approach to recognizing our strengths and our problem areas. Also we learn to accept responsibility for what we do and learning to refuse guilt when we are not at fault. These groups are effective for those suffering from the results of addictive behaviors.

Originally an accountant who became a real estate developer, I have most of my success in working with others. Assessing others for their needs, strengths and shortcomings has allowed me to negotiate many types of excellent transactions.

As a graduate student in psychology I have been able to put a name to my thought processes, behaviors that have brought me success. I would like to pass this information along to my clients along with the systems that professionals engage in when planning, attempting or consolidating a change in their lives.
