"What's a King City?  I am in King City?  Wow.  Why?  Oh whatever, they have pie?  I like pie!"

Not only do they have pie, they have good pie!  They even had mince pie, which I have only found at the beaverton bakery.  

And, might I add, they serve a damn fine cup of coffee.  So if you're feeling all agent Dale Cooper like I was, go down to Shari's and get yourself two nice, hot cups of coffee and a piece of pie.  I'm glad I did.

Hey, were is the good pie in Portland?  Off to google!

This place as great!  The best part was the very helpful waitstaff, who went out of their way to make everyone's experience great.  We saw an older lady crying at her table, and the waitress went and comforted her.

Food was solid American diner food.  It was served quickly and with a smile.

We'd definitely come back again when driving through the area and needing a food break.
