From both the perspective of patient and health care provider myself (I'm an NP), I highly recommend Dr. Rustamova as a gyn practitioner.
Appointments are so easy to make, via phone call or ZocDoc, and the receptionists are very competent and helpful. Average wait time is anywhere from 10-40 minutes in my own personal experience, but understandable since Dr. Rustamova has her own practice and is the only physician in the office.
What I expect in a good practitioner, Dr. Rustamova certainly delivers. First, I trust her clinical judgement and believe that she strives to maintain the most up-to-date medical care plans in both the primary care and problem-based visit. Second, not only is she thorough, she is informative, clear in her explanations, and receptive to any questions or concerns you may have. Sitting down with her, I have never felt rushed and never intimidated that I would ask any "dumb" questions. Third, I feel that she has a genuine concern for her patients. This is her X-factor I find most important. I get the sense that she truly cares about the well-being and good health of her patients. Fourth, she has excellent clinical skills. Procedures and medical exams are quick and expertly executed.
All in all, look no further. If her location fits your needs, go see her. You will not be disappointed. -

I don't so much have a problem with the doctor herself. She rushes you a little but is fine overall and a nice person. If she got a new front desk staff, I would be inclined to give at least an average review. I've had way too many issues with prescriptions and scheduling to ever return.

Without getting *tooooo* TMI I have to say..... this was one of the best experiences I have had at the GYN. My old gyn doc mysteriously *poof* disappeared without warning about a month after my last visit, though I had discussed getting an IUD with her. I adore the clinic where I was going, but now I have insurance and, really, waiting until September seemed outlandish.
So I get the name of a friend's doc and got an appointment THE NEXT DAY here with Dr. Rustamova! She ordered me to get a sonogram, a pregnancy test and I of course took my most recent results for anything relevant with me. Turns out I have some congenitally defectively shaped uterus that accounts for *many* of my lifelong woes in the reproductive organ zone. Why no one ever suggested taking a look ever before I do not know. Dr Rustamova is pretty no-nonsense and efficient, which I appreciated, but also sensitive and informative when needed. I didn't feel rushed, she had a sit down chat with me before and after the exam room and we talked. It was pretty damn great for the dreaded gyn visit!
