What a cute little market place. Not too big but they had plenty to choose from and 6 big chocolate chip cookies for $1.69...I'm in love with N.H. prices! Across the street they also have a little place with some outdoor seats, to grab some good eats/ice cream. I had my very FIRST lobster roll there! Woo hoo, I checked that one off of my list of things to do while back East.
I only wish we had the equipment to cook me up some lobsters because this place had lots of lobsters! -

Before another super market opened up about the same distance from my families cottage, we used to go to Shackett's all the time. I even think you can pick up your groceries by boat -- don't hold me to this.
When I was younger and not driving, we walked down here once one day, at least 2 miles from where we were staying. Kinda crazy, as their is no sidewalks and people drive kinda quickly on the road.
They have everything you need for a weekend vacation. I even think they have live lobster, a good selection of breads, and all the other regular staples.

Cute family run supermarket in the heart of Newfound Lake. Great marinated steak tips. Yum! All the essentials for a great weekend away.
A bit pricey, but expected.
