It's a shock most of these nurses even have their licenses. One nurse tried to argue with me about the difference in child medication saying infants and children's are the exact same(they aren't. One is actually way stronger and had I listened to them, my toddler could've gotten hurt)
They also seem to be very argumentative, snobby, etc.
and then the wait. Omg. It's always forever to get seen and they don't even bother trying to pronounce your name or say it loud enough.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Candace R.Suffolk, VA15282Apr 11, 2018
Absolutely the most HORRIBLE "hospital" I've ever had the misfortune of going to. The nurses and doctors are the rudest, worst people I've seen in my life. If you are able, PLEASE go ANYWHERE ELSE! Your health and life are most important!

I was seen at this hospital back in 2010. Dr. Angelleli was the doctor that evaluated me. He was very unprofessional and now 7 years later I find that he put things in my medical record that were false and very offending. Most of which were his opinion and on my personal appearance instead of what I was explaining to him. In my opinion he was more worried about his image and keeping patients under his care that had good insurance for as long as he was able to. It was about money and insurance and NOT about giving the patient the best possible treatment. Worst experience EVER at a hospital!!!!!

I will never go here again a day in my life. If you have great insurance you're probably fine, but I DO NOT recommend going here if you do not have insurance or only have catastrophic insurance. Many hospitals and doctors have "negotiation rates" that the insurance would have ended up paying if they called about the bill. I tried calling to see what the rate would have been paid by the health insurer, but they simply do not negotiate. Just about anywhere other than here is where I recommend. When I tried to call and set a payment plan they wanted it all within 12 months ($241/month for the next year). I managed to have it reduced to $156/month for a longer period of time, but it is still a financial catastrophe unless you have lots of money (in which case you probably have great insurance anyways). The receptionist I spoke with had to keep checking with her supervisor about the policies (that definitely was not comforting either). If it turns out they do negotiate rates with health insurers, then they have their phone receptionists supplying straight disinformation to their callers.
Bottom line: Go here if money is not a concern, if it is I would go elsewhereHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
