I dont know what took me so long to finally review this place, it's really become one of my favorite places in Denver. Since I listen to all types of music, I'm in there almost every week looking for whatever I am in the mood for musically. There's tons of cds, video games and movies, new and used. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you aren't able to find what you're looking for here at Second Spin then it probably doesnt exist. But if you're sure it does exist then check back with them in a week, because they are always getting in new things. There's even a section of music that's come in within the last week. Everything is very well priced, and there is usually a sale of some sort going on. This place you can tell is where music really matters to those that work there. I always leave there with more than I figured on buying, but I never feel like I spent too much in doing so.

-`-`-omfg. my favorite record store in Denver! I'm from So Cal & unfortunetly there's only 3 locations in so cal && the closest to me is in Coast Mesa [approx. 50-60 mins depending on traffic]! Let Me just say i dragged my family to both Denver & Coasta Mesa Location! Anyhow, Let Me Cut To The Bullshit, SECOND SPiN is super cheap,fun, && super dope fa sho! You Can Find Used/ New Dvds & CD's! I Swear The Cheapest Used Cd i found was $3. & when i opened it, The Cd was not scratched whatsoever! I will Mos.Def Hit Up This Spot Next Time I'm In Denver && By The Beach In Cali._~_~

Say hello to my new favorite used CD store! This place is incredible. The salespeople were friendly and helpful without being pushy, the CDs, DVDs, and video games were all organized better than most libraries, and there was room to move and breathe. They have some really convenient listening stations set up for you to check out any of their used stuff and I found four of the six used CDs I was hoping to discover - each for less than $10. They actually have a "Buy 3 used, get the 4th free" deal going on right now. So, we walked out with four new CDs for $30. I am not about to complain.
Also, I think I may have a small crush on the employee with the incredible tattoos. Whoever inked her is insanely talented.

Second Spin is a fabuous Colorado Chain specializing in new and used CDs and DVD's. You can find some killer deals here, like The Psychedelic Furs for 4 dollars. If you are into video games this is a great place for that kind of thing too. The record store is also quite vast with a fun purple logo decorating the exterior. One of the best things about Second Spin is that you can listen to any used record as a tester before you buy it. This can save you money, peeps. Oh and my cousin works here [!] and she is the best.
