My bf and I are inbetween dwellings, so that means we don't have a washer and dryer at the house where we live. We have decided to do our laundry here at The Seattle's NICEST Laundry in Burien on EARLY morning at crack of dawn *UGH!* Sundays and have breakfast next door at Little Pat's Place (see my review below) while we're waiting.  This was my bf's incentive for us to do laundry early Sundays AND it's a good one! =)

The place is VERY clean!  We were two of 5 people there around
7am-ish and no more than 10 people when we get done couple hours later. They have all front loader washers and dryers, which with my short and stout stature, it's really convenient to put in and take out the load of wash 'n dries.

They have about 7 big washers at $3.50 for 34 minutes wash, 25 regular washers at $1.25 for 38 minutes wash and about 20 dryers at $.25 for 8 minutes. They also do your laundry - drop, go and pick-up - I don't know the price, next time I'll ask. They have a coin machine, they sell few necessity items for your laundry, tv is on and music playing, magazine, seats, folding tables, carts to transfer your clothes and available staff to help you at your washing needs!

I'm giving them a 4-star because this past Sunday one of the dryers were sucking up my quarters and not drying my clothes! Normal dry (not towels, clothes - jeans, t's, undergarments, etc. takes about 75 cents to $1.00, I think this took about nearly $2.00!  So, there are quarter suckers in the bottom rows. HINT: use the top dryers, seems to get more heat than the bottom dryers. Never use the bottom corners.

Update: 10/21/2007
I asked the attendant  about their "drop off service".  She said, they do your wash, dry and fold for 80 cents per pound. I don't know if that is a great deal, if you're not into doing your laundry, then this is a service for you.

If you're like us and don't have the convenience of doing laundry at home, this place is a MUST TRY! =)
