I recently decided on a kitchen and bath remodel in my condo here. I shopped around quite a bit here in Seattle and in San Francisco for the "prefect" glass tile backsplash. The tile options/styles here are vast and indeed good quality. The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Sarabeth, Denee and Lake were simply outstanding! I live in San Fran most of the year and we did a lot of the transactions via email and by phone. The staff sent me images of sample tiles when requested and promptly called me when my order was ready.
Simply put, this is how nice the staff can be: I was short on 3 tile sheets, thankfully they were not special order, however, I needed them on Monday. I called the store at 5:30pm on a Saturday and spoke to Lake, informing him of my predicament and he graciously offered to drive to the warehouse en route to work on Monday morning for me! I mean...c'mon, if that is not CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Lake, thank you thank you, thank you!
All of you rock and I am so appreciative of your kindness and service in my remodeling! -

Tom, the owner does tile installations the old fashion way which i like. If you want an installation by craftsman not installers this is the company to go with. You get what you pay for so they may be more expensive than the slam-bam tilers. You will get a beautiful lifetime installation.

Huge Selection of Tile, Friendly and helpful service is what you can expect from the Seattle Tile Co. I Love the large selection of granite tiles they have, as well as all the other tiles, you could really find a tile to tile every surface in your home here. Good experience, I will certainly return.
I recently got the wrong tile from these guys and was a little worried when I read that they take no returns, but after talking with them they helped resolve the issue, with out issue. Now I have new tile that is exactly what I wanted, no restocking fee and a discount to boot. Thanks for the considerate help Seattle Tile. -

Simply one of the best tile stores I been to. We bought our tiles from here.
Simple two reasons (Yes TWO, 3 is the standard but this place only needs 2) why Seattle Tile Company is awesome:
1. Selection - Huge selection of tiles. There are tiles in every nook and cranny of this place. It took me awhile to even narrow down which ones I like. From porcelain to stone this place has it all. If you are looking for something different than Home Depot and Lowe's. This store is it.
2. Service - People here are super sweet and helpful. At no time I felt like I was the being pressure to buy. They listened to what our preference and choices and gave us perfect options. We ended up going with one of their options. Good people work there.
Price maybe a little more than other stores but as I mentioned, if you are looking for something different this place is it. I will definitely go back to the store in any future renovations. -

Knowledgable and friendly staff, great products. Went in on a rainy Saturday at 3pm and the place was packed. I figured it would have to be a browsing only day as I'd never get help given the number of people there. Unbelievably, one of the staff made eye contact with me, apologized for how busy they were and promised someone would be able to help me shortly. Sure enough, we got all our questions answered and some great ideas.
We left with some samples and a color packet from Color in Space.
I wanted to give this a 4 stars as the parking lot is really hard to navigate, but doesn't seem fare to ding them for that. -

We recently completed a bathroom remodel. I initially wanted to shop locally and checked out Seattle Tile Company because I'd read some nice things about their store. While they had a pretty good variety of tile to choose from, and I thought a couple of the women who worked there were very helpful, I ultimately was shocked by their high prices. We had them price some accent tile for us which they graciously did. Because the price seemed so high, I contacted a friend who was able to find the wholesale price for me from a local tile company The price I was quoted by Seattle Tile was 6 times (SIX TIMES!!!!) higher than the wholesale price and 3 times higher than the "suggested retail" price the wholesale company quoted.! That's downright ridiculous. Needless to say, I did not buy my tile from this company.

I've used this store to make many of my tile purchases. The staff is amazing there and super helpful. Sarabeth helped me pick out a lot of my tile. I just tell her what kind of tile I'm looking for - colors, styles, shapes- and she finds exactly what I want. They are very patient and have lots of samples you can check out. I've gone back and forth many times on my selections and they've always helped with a smile. They knew my name too after just a visit or two and greet me with my name and a smile every time I go in. You're definitely not going to get discount prices but at the same time they don't do huge mark-ups over suggested retail (sometimes they come in a little under suggested retail). As other reviewers said, the selection is great and they also offer lots of advice on installation if you do it yourself.
