These guys are Russian Rip off artists. I was quoted a price of $35 service call and $19 per lock rekey. The guy got there and then quickly told me in a russian accent that it would be $75-$95 per rekey depending on how secure i wanted it. I told him NO. Then he says "how 'bout $60". I said NO and I will pay you $35 service call to leave. Then he calls his boss (another Russian) who says :How bout $40 per lock: At that point I told them where to go, gave the guy $35 and told him to GET OUT! Do not use these guys, they are liars and cheaters and will probably do other things with keys to your house.
