So I went here for a lunchdate and it was absolutely delicious.
What i liked about this spot is that they are SO F-ing Healthy!!! LoL
The terriyaki skewers were so moist and tasty (no oil drippage)
Also, my turkey burger was fabulous! I love ketchup, but did not see any.  And I wasn't going to use the mustard provided! :P Bleh.
Fortunately, the burger was so tasty w/ the grilled portabella shrooms that I inhaled it!!!
For dessert....we shared 4 little shots: Tiramisu, Pecan pie, some macchiato chocolate, and carrot cake....SO DELICIOUS and satisfied my sweet tooth!!!
It was a DELICIOUS lunch, despite the aftermath of Hurricane Faye!!! :D

When I go out to eat, I want to order something I can't make at home, however this place offers boring dishes anyone can make.

Yes, it's nice to have a place that offers dishes that are under 475 calories each, but when you need to order two portions to fill up, it kinda defeats the purpose.  I ordered the mahi-mahi which was cooked to perfection and served with steamed veggies and a scoop of sweet potato.  An hour later it was as if I never ate.

I wasn't impressed with anything that my 12+ friends ordered either.  Everything delivered to the table was bland and uninteresting.  But then again, I guess eating healthy is pretty boring.

I wasn't impressed with the decor either, just another typical chain restaurant.

I guess this restaurant would be good for people that are dieting and still want to go out and be social with their friends.  That merits an extra star.

This place is surrounded by the typical chain places that suck.  It was actually really good.  Nice casual lunch and dinner place with a pretty healthy menu.  I had a turkey burger with mushrooms and side salad.  Simple but good.  Reasonable prices.  Nice atmosphere and good service.

I just went here tonight for the first time and I loved this place. While some dishes were better than others, I LOVE the concept of a restaurant that doesn't use any butter or cream (which isn't what I normally what I use in food in at home) and serves normal portions all at less than 475 calories per dish. The portions weren't too small, they were just healthy and reasonable.

The atmosphere is beautiful with the chefs cooking behind glass on one end and a huge bar with a piano player on the other. There was a wait for a table on a Monday night, but the booths in the bar were open and they were several to choose from. It looked like there was a patio out back for dining also. It was a nice setting for a meal but would be a great date or special occasion dinner spot, too.

I tried the steak flatbread pizza which was amazing, and the shrimp and mushroom appetizer was great, too. I had chicken that was good, but not nearly as good as the pork. Everything was also served with plenty of veggies, which made me very happy. The desserts in the shot glasses are about $2 a pop and are fun because you can just have one without much guilt, or taste a few. I love that they change their menu often and want to go back next season just to check out what they're serving, but I like that their website lists the current menu as well as all of the nutritional information for each dish (SO rare!).

It's not a steal, but for all of this I think the prices were fair. I didn't drink though because the prices there seemed more on the high side.

Dessert in shot glasses?  Cool concept.
Everything under 500 calories?  Holy crap!
Best flatbread around?  Gotta try.
With all that hype, I couldn't wait to try this place out and then yelp all about it...

My boyfriend and I waltzed in on a Saturday night.  The restaurant is gorgeous and super romantic.  We shared the flatbread with chicken, onions, and basil.  Didn't do much for me.  It was tasty, but nothing I couldn't make at home.  Next, the main course...I am a HUGE fan of a moderate amount of really good food opposed to a huge amount of fried heart-attack on a plate.  There was just the right amount of food on my plate I felt content after the meal yet not uncomfortably full.  I got scallops that were grilled, which were cooked perfectly, and the asparagus and pearl pasta could have been a bit more flavorful.

My boyfriend raved about the crab stuffed shrimp.  We had some great wine after tasting 3 different kinds, and two different dessert shots, red velvet cake and tiramsui.  The red velvet cake shot was amazing!

One thing that bugged me just the slightest bit was our waiter.  Great service, very attentive, super nice, but every single time he poured us more wine, which seemed to be every 3 seconds, he adjusted our wine glasses so the "52" etched on the glass faced us.  Every time.  Pour, adjust, pour, adjust.  I laughed out loud by mistake the third time he did it, but it didn't even phase him.  Then I sipped, and turned it away, thinking maybe this time he wouldn't notice.  Nope, he just went ahead and poured, then adjusted.  I almost was like, "dude, I know I'm at seasons freakin' 52, I don't need to see the 52 every time I look at the glass."

Anyway, skip the chicken flatbread, get the scallops, try to red velvet shot, and adjust your wine glass every chance you get.

Eating healthy is all the craze these days and even with restaurants adding healthier menu items and listing nutrition information, it's still hard to maintain healthy habits when dining out. Well Darden was on to something when they cam e up with the concept for Season's 52, a restaurant whose menu changes based on the season they're in...there's a new menu every week containing fresh, healthy dishes  for all 52 weeks in a year, which explains the name. However, there are a few items that are on the menu year round. There is not a single item on their menu that is over 475 calories...and that includes dessert! Season's 52's mission is to help people realize that food can be healthy and still taste amazing in your mouth AND also satisfy your hunger. What a concept!

Their menu is not very large in size, but this is definitely a case where the saying "quality over quantity" applies. To start, I recommend trying the grilled sesame chicken skewers. My friend and I get this every time we dine here and it's so good...bursting with flavor and the dipping sauces are great. For salads, go with the mixed greens salad or the vine-ripe summer tomato & fresh mozzarella salad...if it's in season of course. The rosemary and parmesan crisp bread is also a good way to start or compliment a meal. For the main course, the cedar plank Atlantic salmon is to die for. It is cooked to perfection and tastes so fresh. The sea scallops are also a good choice.

The desserts are another aspect of Season's 52 that sets it apart from other "healthy" restaurants. Each one is served in a shot glass and each one contains only 100 calories! You're probably thinking that it tastes nasty, but I assure they don't. They don't skimp on sugar or fat or carbs. Instead they have discovered an amazing concept...portion control. However, I must warn you, having just one or two can be tough because these little treats are so yummy. I recommend the pecan pie, carrot cake and red velvet cake.

The atmosphere and décor are so elegant and warm. It reminds of those posh ski resorts you find up north. There's even a fire place inside. All of the wait staff are good at what they do and always so helpful when it comes to deciding on what wine or entrée to order. And the hostess always greets you in a warm fashion.

Overall, I LOVE this place and highly recommend to everyone!

I've been to this place twice, once each for lunch and dinner.  All I can say is, the concept (fresh food, healthy...) exceeded the execution.  I think the price-value prop is just not a particularly good one.  I've had food that's as good 2 doors over at the Bahama Breeze, or that Elephant Bar place in the same mall, both of which are more reasonably priced and lower on the snob factor.  Take the desserts, for instance - $2 or $3 seems like a pretty damn good price, right?  It's about a quarter or one-fifth of what some regular dessert servings are - you know, ones you could share.  Forget about sharing these, as it'll look like lions at a feed on the Serengeti Plains.  So in reality, you just paid $10 for a dessert, and you're happier than a pig that found truffles (and allowed to eat it).

Definitely agree with another reviewer that service can be inattentive to basic needs.  This place is for Rich and Famous wannabe's - sort of like people who proudly hold their SBUX cups high to impress, when all it says to me is that they've been foolish with both their time and their money.  In truth, it may be more a 3-star rating they deserve, but my 2-stars will help compensate for the other "goo-goo-ga-ga it's gotta be five-sta" ratings!

To Jenna C. who complained about the waiter turning the wine glass so that Seasons 52 faces you: I feel your pain.  How DARE this business be so blatant about their attitude, that THEY are more important than you.  The next time he does it, just say, "not to be unfriendly, but the next time you touch my wine glass, I may have no choice but to slap your hand.", and smile.  Once he poured the first drop and until you finished the last, it's YOUR wine glass; he has no business touching it.  Complain to the dining room management and see how receptive they are to your peeve.  How they react should (help) determine whether you'll EVER go back there.

This is my new favorite "fancy" restaurant. All meals are under 500 calories and the food is perfectly portioned so that you're not hungry or overly full when you're leaving. Try the delicious flatbread appetizer (a thin, crisp treat served lengthwise) before moving onto the main courses.

The menu changes four times a year in relation to what is in season. And  the atmosphere is very relaxed and cozy. The music is usually a Frank Sinatra style and the waiters are very helpful. The wine list is extensive.

Don't leave without having one of the deserts which are served in a double shot glass and brought on a serving try with all of the choices when you order so that you don't have to wait. But not to worry the chef is in the back making each fresh

God I wish there were one of these in LA!! Described as "Seasonally inspired healthier dining", their name reflects that 52 weeks of the year, each week features the freshest, best tasting items available.
Most importantly, they use natural cooking techniques such as grilling over open fires and NEVER using butter. Nothing on their menu is over 475 calories so you can dine guilt-free!! You can go to their website; they have a nutrition report available for all the dishes.

From the list of entrees, we had the "Jumbo Shrimp Stuffed with Lump Crab with angel hair pasta and a light garlic sauce" and the "Pork Tenderloin Medallions over soft herbed corn polenta with leaf spinach and grilled cremini mushrooms".  Both were fantastic.

The desserts are called "mini indulgences" because they are individually served in tall shot glasses and brought to you to choose from on a rack.  They're $1.95 each and include classic flavors such as red velvet, tiramisu, key lime, pecan pie, and carrot cake.  The red velvet is to die for!! You might be tempted to order 2 or 3 of these!

There's also 140 selections of wine and live entertainment nightly. The atmosphere is casually sophiscated, warm and inviting. It was nearly impossible to get a reservation here so book way ahead of time.

I have been there twice, once for my birthday and the other time with my professor. I love all their dishes, Asian salad, fish, and best of all, the dessert. Healthy and tasty food. Worth the money! I would like to try the other one on Sand Lake Road next time.

This place is called Seasons 52 because their menu varies weekly and it is supposedly tuned into the seasons.  Though I would argue based on the menu items that it is tuned into global seasons so it is not a local seasonal produce type of place.

The restaurant is known for it's wines.  And though the wines they had were pretty good (and expensive, they will recommend $50 bottles usually) the list itself was not very extensive.  The waiter kept emphasizing that we could not find these wines anywhere else, however, I wasn't sure if he meant anywhere else in the Orlando area or anywhere else in the world.  Living not far from where some of these scarce wines are produced, I found it unlikely that no where else in SF would serve the same Napa/Sonoma wines.

The food was hit and miss.  All of the dishes are prepared in such a way that they are under 500 calories.  Sometimes, in the instances of the flatbread appetizers, this worked really well.  The food was tasty and nothing was sacrificed in leaving out the butter and using less oil.  In other cases, for instance my vegetable side of green beans and asparagus which were almost raw, it wasn't very impressive.  The edamame here is to be missed - overboiled and not enough good rock salt - go to a sushi restaurants instead.  The main courses were okay.  I had the farm raised venison chop (which wasn't very gamey at all, much to my disappointed but that was to be expected) with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables.  It was good but nothing spectacular.  The desserts are all brought out in shot glasses but that just seemed lazy to me as they could just dump the stuff in without actually creating a dish.

The waiter, Scott, was extremely knowledgeable about the wines on the list and was very accomodating to our group.  The best part of the evening.

Price: appetizers $10, main course $20-$30, wine $30 and up bottles.

Summary: Because I'm not from here and only visit on business, this is a great place to go on the expense account.  However, I would not pay out of pocket to eat here compared to the places in SF.  But it is probably one of the nicer restaurants in the area.

Words cant describe the awesomeness that is this place. It is an expensive place, but worth every dime. I had the salmon cooked on a piece of oak wood. It was served to me on apparently the very piece. and the desserts are served in these shot glasses. They are so rich that a normal person cant handle a whole slice of their Boston Cream Pie or  Rocky Road ice cream or  Old Fashioned Carrot Cake or Strawberry Mango Cheesecake or  Pecan Pie with Vanilla Bean Mousse or  Red Velvet Cake or  Key Lime Pie. we had the red velvet cake, cheesecake, carrot cake and key lime pie. between the two of us, we barely were able to finish it and i am a sugar fiend. its that rich but worth it. seasons52 would be a great place for anniversary celebrations or anything romantic. its no secret, it will put a dent in your bank account but worth every penny. Happy Eating!

Seasons 52 had some very tasty food and a nice atmosphere, but I have had much much much much much much much much better food at cheaper prices elsewhere.  Naive people may come to this place thinking they have tried a "fancy" restuarant finally and the food tastes good and they assume it's the best thing in the world.  It is not worth the price.  I was very impressed with their bar, however.  Before the meal, we sat at the bar for drinks and they had a very extensive wine list and a wide array of cocktails to choose from.   The restaurant feels classy and there is a warm fireplace.  The meals are very small for what you pay (I realize they want to keep the meals under 500 calories but they should diminish the price if they're going to feed you such small portions).  What was unbelievable is that this is a fancy restaurant supposedly but they had no bread!  Every "up-scale" American restaurant should offer bread while you wait for the meal.  They gave us a tiny basket of flat bread and it was okay.  The spinach salad I had was very good and I tried the greek salad and it was average.  The chicken satay appetizer was very tasty and came with a zesty sauce.  I had a 6 oz filet mignon and the steak was juicy and well cooked and the mashed potatoes were good, but the asparagus and carrots didn't taste good at all.  I do like vegetables too, just these tasted terrible.  The server was extremely nice but hardly ever attended our needs like refills and checking to make sure we were okay.  The food was good, but at those prices, you could go to a real restuarant with actual good service.  I was overall disappointed in this place because it's been in the Orlando Sentinel winning awards, but I realized that I am now in Orlando and the standards for quality dining must be lower than what I have experienced elsewhere.  (no offense) I digged the atmosphere, the music, and the feeling of the restaurant, however.
