This is the quintessential piece of local flavor that you absolutely want when visiting a beach town like Atlantic Beach. It's a little mom and pop place with limited seating, and waitresses who say things like "Did you get your sauces, baby?' in a nice southern drawl. I used to go about once every time I come back to visit, but now I'm up to at least twice.
People rave about the broiled grouper, but I stick to the clam chowder and raw oysters. The hush puppies are also delicious. There are a lot of combo meals with fish, shrimp, crab, all kinds of stuff. Prices are reasonable. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
