about 4 months ago now I had a minor fender bender and went to some other shop to get it fixed, ended up leaving such a blatant remnance I decided to go to these guys and have them clean it up. Looks brand new now, not going to waste any time next time and just go to SE first for my auto body jobs. . .

I brought my car there after an accident on the advice of my insurance company, big mistake. I had a one year old Mazda 3 and needed collision repair on the right front side, which included replacing the wheel.
First of all, it took a month for them to "get the parts" to fix the car. I wasn't too happy about that, but when they finally finished it I picked it up, and everything looked okay. The only thing I did notice was that they removed the "2.3" emblem on both sides of my car, mine is the Sport version that has those. They cost $20, and I didn't want to deal with them about it and wait a month to "get that part" so I didn't bother. A couple years later, I got a flat tire on highway 5. I pulled over, and was simply going to remove the flat and put on my spare. My spare was not a donut, it was a full alloy rim and performance tire that came from the factory. This was the first time I had ever needed to open that tire well to fix a flat.
To my surprise, the well was empty. The only people that had access to my vehicle was SE Auto Body, they charged me (the insurance ocmpany, actually) for a new rim and tire, but all they did was either steal my spare or use that and never purchase the replacement.
Needless to say, very shady. Of course, when I tried to call on it I got nowhwere because of the time that had gone by and they have no interest in acknowledging wrong doing.
If would be a different story if they made a mistake and fixed it, but basically they stole and committed fraud at my expense.Comment from Robin S. of SE Collision Center 1/24/2012

First off, we called and scheduled for pictures to be taken for insurance purposes. This lady ELIJAH called and left a message the pictures were not saved. NO APOLOGIES. And asked if we could go back. I called back and said it's not our fault what happened to the pictures and asked if someone can come to us instead. She said, "We don't have that many people.(I understand that) It's all to up you if you want your car fixed or not." Seriously bitch?? So I called the insurance and asked for another body shop. Plus bitch points to Elijah(if that's really her name) for taking a business off of their shop. I admit, I was pissed at the voicemail that she did not even apologize. And it pissed me off more when I called back and still no apologies and even went on to say it's all up to me if I want my car fixed or not. Customer service is ALWAYS the first impression. Do they do a good job? I wouldn't know. All I know is they failed with the way they treat and talk to their customers.

I have had my vehicle repaired several times at this shop. The first two trips in seemed to be good to go (but now I wonder). This time I found they had sprayed paint over door dings without filling and feathering the chips because "they weren't paid to fix those chips." My take on that is once you spray paint on them you have taken responsibility for seeing the job is done right.
Complaining they fixed the chips. When I came to get the vehicle a couple of days later I noticed the front bumper they had painted was a different shade of red. What they had done was forgot to put the metallic flakes in the red paint. Again they fixed the problem, after a few more days.
This time when I went to get the vehicle they were downright rude. I soon noticed there were scratches on the side of the car that were not previously there. And the area near the chips I had complained about had scratches as well. The 3 month old convertible top had a large silver looking spot and a thin line all the way across the material above the rear window. It bothered me for several days as to what this was on my new top. Then I finally figured it out, it was over-spray from the sloppy workmanship. I have called my insurance company and filed a complaint.
I returned to them because I thought they were they had integrity, and I trusted them, but my trust is gone, and I would not recommend them to anybody, friend or foe. -

These guys get all my stars- came in a wreck, crying, on the verge of a break-down for dealing with the insurance as I had just been rear-ended ...brand new car, MB- worried that it will never look the same again because it is not a the dealership...skeptical if I should trust them-after all the horrid stories I have heard from body shops.
Turns out that they absolutely took me under there wing- they send a guy out from there shop to drive my car down there since I was a wreck on the phone...where patient comforting and understanding to start all the paper work-
had my complete trust by what they told me they are experts at- how they treated me with care- how quickly they set everything up- they are extremely tech-savvy!! I got every update instantly on my car plus pictures that you can see will you go through this process! they really care and are amazing at what they do...would never think of going anywhere else- thank you to all the guys again for having to DEAL with me :) Andrea D
