Honest/trustworthy + fair/reasonable pricing. If you don't want to pay dealer prices for your older Volvo I'd suggset Scandia. Mike was the writer for my mom's Volvo and we were very pleased.

This is the place to go for Volvo Service, especially when your warranty expires and there is no reason at all to go to the dealer.   The prices at Scandia are much better than at the dealer and all the mechanics used to work for local Volvo dealerships.

We brought our S80 in to have some repair work done and was told that it would be $198 (written down by Mike on receipt) and when we brought it in, my husband didn't realize the car was still under warranty and Scandia did the work w/o asking about the warranty or pre-authorizing it like they should have to see if it was covered (which it would have been according to Volvo).  When we went to pay for it, the total had changed to $740!  They've lost a very loyal customer due to the lack of a little extra leg work for their customer and we will not be recommending their service center to anyone.
