This was the locale for a dear friends wedding. The room prices were a little steep (see Days Inn review!) but the location, staff, food and ballroom were all nice. It is always a strange experience when you order a entree you are having 6 weeks in advance (via the RSVP card)

My friend and his lovely new bride splurged for an open bar with the top shelf package so I was pretty psyched about that.

This place is a cute place to stay. Each room has a different format and decor, some rooms even have a fireplace. Very cozy. The restaurant isn't bad either. I've eaten here for lunch and dinner. For lunch the sandwiches and salads are fresh and tasty. I had their New York steak for dinner and it was very good.

This place is good for an intimate dinner for two or for groups. There's many different choices on the menu. But I think I'd order their steak dinner again the next time I go. Hopefully it's as good as I remember.

Beautiful property set by a five bell marina at the mouth of the Connecticut River.

Room was enormous with a outdoor patio facing the sound, fireplace with a couch, table with chairs in a sitting area, separate makeup room besides the bathroom, a super comfy queen sized bed.  Full service, professional spa next to a gym well stocked with cardio and weight training machines.

Pool and separate jacuzzi as well as a sauna and steam room. Nearby casino, outlet shopping and antiquing.  Hotel shuttle will take you about the neighborhood gratis.
Food is superlative. No surprise that their restaurant is  AAA four-diamond rated. Wonderful accomodations.
