This place is super. My friend swore by the ribs, but I've had only the asian dishes they display in big photos on the wall. The chicken curry katsu over rice is quite tasty. I got some sushi last time I was there (spicy tuna roll) and it was alright, nothing to write home about as they say...

The kitchen looks clean, they have a large selection of beverages, they deliver, and the owner is, as mentioned, super nice. You can also eat on the premises but it's a little cramped.

I paid $7 for a pulled pork sandwich, cole slaw, and a slice of cherry pie!  Cheap & tasty

Also,  pay attention to the BBQ seasonings.  It's subtle, but there's something there in the spice blend that's different and delicious.

Though I haven't tried it, I should also mention that this place also serves sushi and other Japanese food - I think the owner is Japanese.  This food isn't on their current take-out menus, but there are a couple of menus  posted on the wall listing their Japanese non-bbq offerings.

Update: the owner is incredibly friendly, and awesome.
