5 reviews for Saturn Club
Had the opportunity to have lunch at the Saturn Club with one of its members. It is one of the last great clubs along with the Country Club of Buffalo where you have to be in the top 100 families in WNY to even be considered membership. Most members of the Saturn Club are also members of the CCB.
I was treated like as if I was a member at the Saturn Club. The food and service was excellent. Next time, I will try to go in without a member and see if anyone notices. Most likely, I will politely be escorted out of the building.
Been there once and like it. Everyone should have the opportunity to be treated as if you were a multi-millionaire. For those wondering, no, I could never be accepted as a member. The closest I ever been to membership of a club is when I got out of high school and thought about joining the YMCA. I didn't join because I feared that they would have rejected my application.
Boo. This is bullshit. This is one of the most over-rated private clubs in the Buffalo area. To be honest, though, Buffalo has no business having private clubs in the first place. People who go here, sorry to offend, are yuppy clowns who have nothing better to waste their money senselessly just to flaunt the fact that they belong to the Saturn Club. Give me a break - you're lame. The food isn't that great and the crowd is uptight and snobby. Blah!
One of my absolute favorite places in the world. "Where people cease from troubling and the wicked are at rest". The food is excellent, service is always good and the gym is never crowded. One of the finest buildings in Buffalo. Many fascinating architectural details. The Courtyard in the Summer is the most unique spot in the city. You wouldn't even know there was a busy hectic world out there when your a member enjoying yourself in the Grill Room!
Great place for a party, natch. I'm fortunate that my employer has held the office holiday party here for the past three years. Bonus.
Private Club for the Buffalo, NY elite.... built in the late 1800's; they only let women join around 13 years ago. Great ambiance, and probably the best place to have your wedding if you live in Buffalo.
