This place is awesome. It's small and I went there on .99 cent sake night so it was packed. The food was good, refreshingly tasty (it didn't taste like it was processed like some other places).
They have a good selection on the menu. They also have this really cool looking flaming dish and the waitress yells "Fire! Fire!" as she brings the dish to the table.
Someone had a birthday there and they blasted a birthday song over the loud speaker and everyone in the restaurant started singing, it felt like you were part of a really big party.
When my friend and I did a sake bomb everyone was looking and cheering (mainly because my friend almost filled our glasses entirely with beer and I was chugging faster than him), it was an awesome experience and I can't wait to go back.

Came here to surpise my Oldest Daughter for her Birthday, my 2nd Daughter was in on it.
The food and service are excellent ! I'm an eel lover so we had the Unagi Lover roll, it had a full eel on top of a roll stuff with snow crab. The salmon and other fish was very fresh, nothing like this in Kansas ; (

We had 3 of their rolls: The 49er. Bay scallop. Spicy crunch. I also had the tuna sashimi.
The rolls are not for purists. Japanese food generally has very light flavor; these things challenge the pallet. Also, as another reviewer pointed out, this place has mostly rolls.
We really liked all 3 of them, but the 49er was my favorite, for the simple reason that it had a razor-thin slice of lemon on it. This enhanced and slightly contrasted with the flavor of the fish very well, without overpowering it. Creative, without being trite.
Depending on their content, rolls can overpower the taste of the fish. Fish that would normally make you say "eewww" can go unnoticed. But a nice bit of tuna sashimi (ok...ANY sashimi) will tell you very quickly just how fresh the fish really is. I was impressed: it wasn't too fatty and had good fresh flavor.
The service is good; nothing super.
I'm giving this place 4 stars because of the creativity of their rolls. Yeah, they've got some of the typical cream-cheese-and-fake-crab rolls too, but it was nice to find a sushi place that at least makes an effort to create dishes you haven't tasted before.
I take the family out about once a week and a good dining experiance is very important to us. I boycott chains, I want to give my money to the small guy. I don't go out to "eat", I go out to "dine", to enjoy the food and the experiance.
My wife went to Satomi Sushi a while ago with a friend and dragged me there tonight with the family. OH MY GOD, what a great place! It is kinda small, kinda plain, nothing exciting as far as ambiance but man-o-man what service! It seems like everyone working there has a big smile on their face. The lady that helped us was just too sweet, VERY nice and helpful.
I got one of their specials, the "Flaming Dragon", what a taste sensation! Along with my Sapporo beer, ahhhhh, that was dining! My wife got a "Bento" which is what I could call a "common" Japanese dish probably "Americanized" Japanese food. Samon Teriaki, tempora vegitable and california rolls. The kids got "Finding Nemo" a California roll like dish for kids. My kids are VERY picky and they ate it up.
The Desert was again, something I had never had, "Mochi" which was an icecream treat with a layer of rice cake, VERY good. Even the darn candy with the tab was extra special.
It was a little busy, a little noisy, very casual. The food was FIRST CLASS as well as the service. As we walked out the cooks said good bye with a smile! The place is special, no doubt about it.

This is a roll place. Don't come here for fresh fish because they don't have any. Their fish is rubbery and only flavorful when covered in all sorts of sauce. Here is a run down of what I tried:
Rainbow roll: bland, too much bland rice, very little bland fish
Flaming Dragon roll: mediocre with dry baked salmon on top of it; improved with sake
Eel Lover roll: delicious; a foot long eel over a CA roll that melts in your mouth like butter
I will be back for their eel but that's about it. This meal and 3 orders of small sake on sake night came out to $45. At the least, it was definitely filling.
Satomi is a local gem. They are known for their flaming roll. It's lit on fire as it's being served to you. Pretty neat. I never go wrong with the Volcano roll. If you come here on a Wednesday or Thursday, be sure to have a dd because the 99 cent sake will haunt you. It's a small place so don't be surprised if you need to wait with a party of 4 or more.
I am actually pleasantly surprised by this place all in all. I came here for dinner on a Thursday night (I assume they would be pretty busy), but the place was small and we were seated right away at one of the open tables.
The service is definitely impeccable here and they are very easy going and are always asking if you need anything. This is pretty important more so in a sushi place than others because I am always craving more tea or in need or something additional.
However, an incident occurred last night when I felt a little bit like the service staff should not have not put me in this situation ... but I tried to pay for dinner at the end of the meal and so did my bf, and the waitress said "I'd rather take his" and ran off with his credit card. Who says that? And who are they to decide?
I was a little offended by this. But overall the experience was good, their sushi is good for the most part (although I feel like the rice needs a little more cooking as it was a little hard for me). I enjoyed their rolls (but I noticed this place has about 80% fried or deep fried rolls and not as much raw fish rolls ...) and their sashimi is good.
I wouldn't hesitate to come back here if I am in the area, but I can't rave about it as much as I thought I wanted to but not a bad find.
Warning: PARKING IS HARD TO FIND! And the spaces are VERY small ... you will get a dent!

I am writing this while going through a sushi-coma. I am in love with the food here. The sushi rice within their sushi is super yummy! I have to say first that this review is only for their Vegetarian and California Rolls (+ other rolls that do not have raw fish).
In general, their sushi is flavorful and appropriately priced for what it is. The avocados in their sushi is fresh and not mushy. Their pickled vegetables are really good in the vegetarian rolls. I love their Deep Fried California Rolls -- it's huge and cut up in a really unique way.
The ambiance in the restaurant is not all that great. It's a normal, clean, standard little Japanese restaurant and that's all that there is to it.
The restaurant area itself is very tiny and can only fit about 10 tables total and this place gets packed up! I suggest just taking the order out to go and enjoying it at home however I know that there are some special effects sushi action going on over here too that involves flames!
Service here is pretty good --I don't have any complaints in this department.
They also have $0.99 sake nights which I have never tried before.
This is probably my favorite sushi joint in the East Bay.

I liked sushi.
It was okay.
And then I went to Satomi Sushi and I fell in love!! I went 3 times within a week of first going there, it was that good. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and freshness of the sushi.
I am a fan of the Fremont, inferno, and flaming dragon rolls since I looooove spice. All other times that I've had edamame it was served warm but here it comes out cold but is still yummy.
They have a variety of bottled sake but I've yet to try any. More importantly though, they serve Sapparo beer (small and large bottles!!) which is perfect with sushi.
The place is small so you might have to wait but it is soooo worth it!
Emmemmemmm and Thats just the begining.
So I've been going to Satomi sushi for the past 8 or 9 years like a religion. Back when it was sumo sushi and all the other names. Andy the newest owner knows how to throw down. Danny tought u well young grasshopper haha.
My fav. Roll would have to be the salmon lover oh and I get it special cream cheese and avacodo with extra yellow sause oh so good.
I've turned other sushi chiefs onto this place and they think it's one of the best places around. Anyone who says it can't be that good trust me once u go here u won't go anywhere else. Beats SF by far
Oh and my gf and I go here so often that they keep a case of sparkeling water behind the bar just for her.
Awsome prices great quality fish. 99 cent sake wensday and Thursday nites.
GREAT TIME
Sakeeeeeee!! I went here last night and had a lot of fun. Everybody takes shots of sake left and right. They even treat you out to some! Probably because this place serves sake for only a $1 on Wednesday and Thursday nights. My friend got lots of kissesand shots for her bday from total strangers. So if you're single and it's your birthday.. go here. Not only is the sake deal great, but the food is too! Myfavorite sushi roll was the Lucky 7. It had sooo much tuna sashimi pieces on it, i loveeee! And unlike the Flaming Dragon, that roll was actually hot. We had many appetizers like oysters, mussels, poki.. my favorite was the poki though. It was so light and fresh.
Good times @ Satomii! Go here!! But go when I'm not there so I don't have to wait for a table

The last 3 times I've come out on a Wed/Thurs night, I've stuffed myself silly with Philly rolls & Lion Kings...and yet, no sake for me. *gasp* What in the world happened??!?! Why am I not taking advantage of the deal that's put Satomi on this sudden Fremont Yelp pedestal?! Yes, the sushi rolls are delish and the steaming bowls of udon are indeed comforting, but we all know true Satomi patrons only come out for the main event we've all grown to love...
My fellow citizens, I'm sorry I have been a disgrace to the 99 cent sake community. This ludicrous behavior ends...NOW.
I just filled up my stamp card tonight for $10 off my next meal. That only means one thing - 10 small bottles of sake. Get ready for me.

You'll find me here Wednesday or Thursday nights for their spectacular dollah sake nights! =)… Read more »
This place is alright but it did not leave a long lasting impression on me. For one, I'm not that big of a roll eater and this place is definitely a roll eater place.
The freshness of the fish is moderate and the style is more americanized sushi than traditional type. Still, it is a good place to go if you live around here and you do not want to go too far for decent sushi.
Their service is great. Always on it~ Thanks guys!
Their food is consistent.
Cooked food is average.
Sashimi is yummy.
Rolls are delish.
They have the 99 cent sake nights on Wednesday & Thursday. It's still Fremont~ if you're drinking, be smart and have a DD.
Small place with a sushi bar. Be sure to go early or later to beat the crowds and find parking.
I'll be back. It's a nice local spot for those craving good Japanese food.

Satomi Sushi deserves an A for AWESOME!
Why? Because their FOOD IS TASTY; COOKS/STAFF ARE HAPPY-GOING, INTERACTIVE, and ENTERTAINING; and CUSTOMER SERVICE is just the way it should be.
Sit at the bar for the best experience, and mingle around! The regulars there are just as cool as the cooks.
Last night was my first night at Satomi's. I was a happy camper from beginning to....today! I'll definitely come back.
(Oh, and if you've got a young-looking face, stick your ID for proof of legal age on your forehead and ask three times for that $0.99 sake. Haha they really didn't believe that I'm 21 years old!)

On our way back from the Monterey Bay Aquarium, we couldn't decide what or where we wanted to eat so I searched on yelp for sushi and found Satomi with tons of great reviews. Yes, I know I will be punished in some way for suggesting sushi AFTER visiting an aquarium!
Located in an unassuming tiny strip mall, this little restaurant is squished between a massage salon that's open a bit late and a Chinese restaurant that leaves the queasy aroma of curry wafting in the air. But don't be alarmed, this place is a breath of fresh air filled with a delectable array of colorful fish.
I LOVE SUSHI! LOVE! And the reviews do not lie, this place is so delicious! I was really happy with our meal and can't wait to go back for more! I ordered the charisma and spicy juno rolls; the fish was fresh and the spicy tuna (my favorite) was absolutely spicy and delicious! Look at their photos, they really do deliver you fresh fish. My friends ordered a bunch of different things and all looked really tasty and fresh. They are really innovative with their rolls and have A LOT to choose from, it was really hard to decide what to eat. I say go with a small group (it's a really tiny place) and order a bunch to share. You won't be disappointed.
I also have to give credit for having a great website, they even have a section on the menu that is dedicated to spicy rolls! :O Yes! How awesome is that?
Awaiting my next Satomi experience...

Good sushi found in Fremont of all places!? I've eaten here three times now in the last few months, and with each visit both the sushi rolls and sashimi are consistently great.
If it's your first time here, you have to order the Flaming Dragon roll. It looks super neato and is pretty darn delicious too. This roll is so popular, I'm told they make upwards of 40 in one night. For sashimi, if you enjoy your fish buttery - the Escolar (aka my friend Iris' fav) here is awesome.
Other Fun/Random Tips:
-If you eat here for dinner and you're feeling up for a dining adventure, be sure to order the "SECRET ROLL". (Note: The chef that makes this roll primarily only cooks for the dinner crowd.) The origins of this roll come from a regular/weekly customer's request for rolls without snow crab. The chef would oblige with this extra large sized sushi roll, now known as the Secret Roll. A more appropriate name for this roll would be the Surprise Roll, since sometimes the roll will vary with its ingredients depending on how the chef feels that day.
-The $0.99/Sake shot nights are awesome! But get there early, because it gets really crowded fast!
-They sell cool Satomi Sushi T-Shirts for the hard core fans.

One of my default sushi places. They don't have a large selection of sushi rolls compared to other places I've gone to. But they still have a decent selection. If you're looking for something low-key and good sushi, this place is legit. Also, you can't go wrong with 99 cent sake on Wednesday & Thursday nights :)
Pros:
- Affordable sushi and complimentary miso soup
- 99 cent Sake on Wednesday and Thursday
- Nice Staff
Cons:
- Small space
- Can get really crowded and long waits at night
Recommendations:
- Flaming Dragon, tastes like BBQ Sushi
- Inferno Scallop
- Crazy Spicy, if you're into spicy tuna and raw fish

Wednesday and Thursday nights will never be the same again...not after we discovered the 99 cent sake special!!! We totally made a beeline for this place immediately following said discovery. Who are we to turn down 99 cent sake in the middle of the week?!?
The sushi chefs are hilarious and a great source of entertainment while serving up deliciously fresh sushi, downing Sapporo, and singing "you make me crazy..." and "I gotta feeling...". So if you can, sit at the bar...it'll make your night 100x better.
We ordered salmon and tuna nigiri and unagi roll. I thought the salmon and tuna were quite good and fresh. And service was prompt. Only negative is that we had to wait about 20-30 minutes for a table as the place was filled with hoards of people trying to drink as much sake as their liver could take for a very, very cheap price (including us!). But hey, that's not gonna stop us from coming back!

Variety, flavor, and flames - what a way to spend a Tuesday night for dinner! Our group of four started off with the agedashi tofu - delicate with a slightly crisped skin in tempura sauce. The seafood salad was refreshing with some spice in the dressing and had an impressive amount of sashimi chunks. Of course, we ordered the Flaming Dragon to see what all the fuss was about. A foil wrapped sushi is covered in flames from the surrounding sake - wait 2 minutes before devouring.
Though it's not your most authentic sushi, there were cheesy sounding rolls that we enjoyed (and plenty more to choose from): the Delicious Roll (mango, salmon, with soft shell crab) and the Inferno Scallops (seared scallops, spicy tuna topped with an jalapeno). Mind you, the "seared" taste of the scallops is a bit strong, possibly bordering the taste of burnt. We ended the meal with a delicious strawberry and red bean mochi ice cream - sliced perfectly in four pieces each for us to share. Good service, tasty appetizers, and a good variety of speciality rolls makes a fun sushi dining experience!
3.5

The food is fine and dandy, but I went here for the $0.99 sake nights. It was like being in an Asian drama - drinking all night, drifting home even when the road is straight, listening to 'Night of Fire.'
Don't drink and drive.
Satomi Sushi is a one of a kind sushi joint. Despite the small size and limited space, the place is a fun place to be. I'm not a big sushi fan, but I actually enjoyed the sushi here at Satomi. My friends and I ordered the Dragon Flame roll, the Lucky Seven roll, soft-shelled crab, & the sashimi variety plate. They were all, for the most part, delish! Not only is the food great, the service is great too! If you can, try to sit at the bar with the chefs. They're hilarious and super friendly! They really made me feel like I was family (:

Totally worth the half an hour drive!
You would never expect there to be good sushi shoved in this strip mall. I'm so glad my friend told me about this place.
Me and my friends came here initially for 99 CENT SAKE NIGHT (which is actually on TWO nights! Wednesday and Thursday!). You can't beat that price! Especially when the huge party of 20 people next to you buys everyone in the restaurant sake! =)
The restaurant is pretty small, so you're lucky if you don't have to wait! The best seats are at the sushi bar though. Not only do you get your sushi super quick, the sushi chefs are definitely characters and full of personality. =) One of them was drinking beer/sake with us!
I was worried that this place was just good for sake, but ALAS! The sushi is GREAT also! You MUST try the Flaming Dragon! The roll comes out wrapped in foil with a pool of sake around it on the plate and they SET IT ON FIRE! Totally awesome! And super tasty! They have a lot of creative rolls which are all made with super fresh goodies!
Don't forget to try the sashimi!! This stuff is melt in your mouth good. But the BEST sashimi they have is HAMACHI TORO (fatty yellowtail). We got this on the house by our oh-so-nice sushi chef at the sushi bar. It was the BEST FISH I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I now have a forever love affair with sashimi because of this.
I can't wait to go back! My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

i came here on a wednesday night with some friends for 99cent sake night! what a great experience. The rolls all came out fresh & tasty! the staff here are all very welcoming. The service is soo great! You feel such a warm greeting when you walk in from all the staff and the same when you leave - all the staff looks up from what they're doing and say goodbye. The place is a bit small, so the wait might be a while but it is well worth it! the owner was extremely wonderful. he comes around to every table to make sure everything is ok. He even gives out free sake occasionally if you make small talk with him. he'll even take shots with you! its a fun environment to be around! i would really recommend dining here on a wed or thurs night!

I am going to be contrary to the Satomi Die-hards here, but this is an "ok" place, not exactly the place that I would want to spend my hard-earned dollars here to really "enjoy."
Story
--------------------------
Fiance and I ordered 3 rolls on a Friday night, two of which everyone is craving and yelping about:
Greg's Roll (Ginormous roll with everything in it)
Flaming Dragon (Their signature sushi roll on fire)
Inferno Scallop (Scallop, Jalapeno, spicy sauce)
First thing first that you notice is that everything is really drenched in sauce. If you are someone that like to taste their sashimi and the quality of fish... don't order these "saucy" types of rolls. Because they were so saucy the FD roll and IS tasted almost identical!
Greg's roll was a pleasant surprise, this roll is big ppl, and well worth the $15 price. Has everything in it, however, it has this strong taste of seaweed salad in it that I can't shake off. And come to think of it all three rolls tasted like seaweed salad, nauseating...
But... Service was excellent, waitress that served us was such a nice lady, I gave her a very generous tip. So if you like sushi au natural, stay clear of Satomi or their "saucy" rolls in general. If you also don't like rolls tasty all vaguely the same, I would also pass at this place. But this place does have a charm and the service is excellent, give it a try if you're tempted.
very average sushi. very inconsistent in freshness. some pieces were great, other's tasted like they had just thawed out of the freezer.
why are all the raw fish behind the glass counter wrapped in plastic wrap? definitely not a good sign.
This is my four year old daughter's favorite place. We've gone to more fancier Japanese places before but she seems to prefer this one. Maybe it's the friendly service... the staff seems very attentive and generous with their smiles.
The sushi is pretty good.. my favorite is the lion king and you can't go wrong with the 99cent sake nights although I would caution bringing 'sensitive' little children on Wed-Thur nights as it could get quite noisy... but very fun indeed.
ummm. i eat alot of sushi and this place is definitely average, and i knew it from the moment i walked in. the place was all muggy, humid, and a little warm. not good. i saw the raw fish in the glass case all wrapped up in plastic wrap, and it was foggy in the glass. not good. took us a while to get seated bc the waitress was hanging out in the back. not good. ordered sashimi and rolls. the sashimi was chewy. very chewy. not fresh at all. what a big disappointment. the rolls were average. they skimped on the content, for sure. all rice, no fish.
i would only return bc this place is a good deal. but if we are talking about quality, this place kinda blows....!!! sowee satomi :(
Came on a thursday night around 8pm for some supposedly bomb sushi sake night. This place is literally or maybe even smaller than the size of a master bedroom. Looks like there was a party inside for a group that took up half the restaurant all squished on the right hand side, so our chances of getting in within a reasonable hour was really slim esp since there were people waiting in line before us. The server was nice and friendly when we put our names on the to-be-seated list, but after 10 min we had to leave cause we were starving and it didnt seem like anyone was leaving. maybe some other time!
My new favorite sushi place. Been here twice in the past two weeks. It's a super small place that feels really welcoming. There is always a steady stream of people coming in, which means that the product is pretty fresh. Nothing is sitting around for too long. The staff is great. The second time we came in, they recognized us and gave the kids a ton of tofu in their miso soup, since my kids are tofu lovers. Their hamachi kama and rolls are really good, and this place has the best beef teriyaki I've had by far. The kids were kept entertained by the hokey deal they do for the fire rolls...everybody yells "FIRE!" as a red police light starts flashing. Sometimes Fremont surprises me (rarely, but still) and Satomi is one of those surprises.
The food here is okay. When we got here we had to wait a bit because it seemed that the place is a little under staffed. They only had two servers on this night, who also clear the tables too.
Ordered the San Francisco Fire - Spicy Tuna Tempura roll on a bed of lettuce, with a spicy sauce mix, topped with a seaweed salad. It was interesting and definitely spicy for the average person.
Others ordered the combination dinners, the portions were adequate, but the Tempura was way too oily. It was really difficult to eat it, cause the was just too greasy.
This was not a full night for them, the service was slow BUT friendly.
4.5 star! I went here last night and got 99 CENT SAKE! You get a whole tall ceramic carafe (about 4 sake shots worth) for 99 cents!! It's hot sake and it's pretty solid (you can't really botch, nor make sake amazing).
We wanted to munch on something, so we also shared a calamari which was decent ($8.99). Miso soup also came unexpectedly and free. It came with a mayo sriracha sauce that was nothing special.
The waitress Katie hooked it up. She claimed she knew me from a previous life and took care of us real well. Props to her. 6 sake bottles later (it's not strong, 3 shots of sake = 1 real life shot) and a good, fun time for only $16 pretip. What a steal. The wait for 2 was about 20ish minutes at 8pm on a Thurs (99 cent sake is only available on wed and thurs til10pm closing time), i'm not sure how much it cost normally. Definitely come here for sake (the patrons at the next table over said the sushi and baked rolls here [esp the flaming dragon roll] are the best in the south bay) and a good time.

This is the go to place back home. And I found the go to item you must ALWAYS order when you're here. Especially if you want some raw fish and want to get the best bang for your buck.
Seafood Salad.
What?! You say you don't make friends with salad? Well it's time to become BFF with this one.
For $10.95 you get a mountain of greens topped with seaweed, dressing and a mound of fresh sashimi tossed in some tasty delightful dressing. You get all types of fish. I've found Salmon, Tuna, White Tuna, Yellowtail, even some Scallop. You can ask for spicy or no spicy. I like to go mild to taste the fish enough and have a little pop in my mouth.
This is officially my favorite item on their menu.
But really. All their food does not disappoint. My mom loves them and when my mom loves something... she really means it.

This was my first sushi experience in the Bay Area, and I was pleased! Satomi is a small property in a strip mall. The digs are nothing to brag about, but they do a good job of making do with the space they have. They also provided great service. I recommend sitting up at the bar; that way, you get to watch the delicious sushi being made.
Sushi itself: tasty! The fish and other ingredients are definitely fresh. We had the Fremont roll and the California lover roll - the two rolls were enough to feed two people.
There are a few interesting ingredient combinations in the rolls, but nothing too out of the ordinary, at least not by my standards (my first and best sushi experiences were at Miya's sushi in New Haven, CT, where they feature peanut butter in rolls!). Give this place a try; it won't disappoint! I look forward to going back for more.
This is, by far, my favorite sushi spot in the tri-city area! My friends and I go at least once every couple of weeks, sometimes EVERY week. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the service is great and $0.99 cent sake Wednesdays and Thursdays are definitely a perk.
Everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) on the menu is fantastic. I always have a hard time deciding what to order because everything is so damn good it almost has me saying, "Can I order one of each, please?" =)
And what do they put on those oranges?! Mmm.
The only thing I would change about this place is their square footage. They should follow in Semo's footsteps and buy out the place next door and expand. Imagine how much more business they would get.
I heart Satomi.

Decent food, but not too special.
I love how they serve free miso soup before you even order (though it is not that tasty) and at the end of your meal you get orange slices with whipped cream (tastes like creamsicles!).
We got the Flaming Dragon roll which came wrapped in tinfoil and was literally on fire. It seemed a little out of control and those of us closest to the fire were a bit freaked. The waitress responded in an irritated manner. SOR-RY for being scared of dripping fire!
I liked the taste of the Flaming Dragon. Inferno Scallop was good as well. Did not find the Ultimate Spider roll very exciting compared to the others. The seaweed salad was standard.
We also got the Bomb appetizer, which had about 8 pieces and contained crab and spicy tuna stuffed in peppers and deep fried (I think). That was fun to share.
Service was decent. Bathroom is clean. Parking is sufficient. Prices are standard.
Side note: 99 cent Sake night might just be amazing!

My friend and I went there for lunch on a Thursday. Wasn't alot of people in the restaurant but there was only 1 waitress working.. so it took a bit long to just get our ice water/tea.
We ordered the Flaming dragon, Bay scallop roll, Uni Niguri, and edamame.
We had complimentary miso soup, so that was plus! :]
My friend got scared of the Flaming dragon (the flames + alcohol around the plate), but after tasting it..she couldn't help it to want to come back for more :]
After trying the flaming dragon, bay scallop was OK, i guess because the sauce is different, and it wasn't as flavorful as the flaming dragon.
Then we got our uni niguri (which suppose to come before our rolls) but i guess they forgot. **** My friend found an urchin spike in her uni***** so thank god she didnt eat the whole thing in 1 bite!
Since my friend never tried sake before, and we saw 99cents sake night flyers all over the place, we asked if we can get some. So the waitress was nice enough to describe some of the popular ones, and gave us couple samples!!
Overall: food was good (but drowned with sauce), good service, nice little place, NO more uni there sure! I'll come back for the sake bomb night.. i'll give 3.5 stars
