A normally annoying process made pleasant. Came in worried about time, Kelly's energy and demeanor instantly brought about ease. The process was efficient without making me feel rushed. Everything was explained - the numbers, the amount of time it would take to process, where to check my paperwork. Greatly, greatly appreciated the way Kelly navigated letting me know when my wrists would be touched during the fingerprinting. Very professional, kind, great service.

I had to get a live scan for a new job and Tony made it incredibly easy and fast for me. Out of my many years of customer service I have not been greeted and taken well care of like Tony has! He made sure I was comfortable and walked me through step by step while also giving me valuable advice. He has definitely lifted my spirits being there on my short visit. Tony also made my experience feel less like business and more like someone who cares about who he meets. 10/10 experience today, I will definitely recommend this location with Tony!

* FYI - Located inside older Central Tower building
* FYI - Building is adjacent to public parking (free 90 minutes), easy!
* FYI - Standing TINY room, when you exit elevator, head left down hallway and door will be on right side
* FYI - Accepts credit card payments
* FYI - (Not necessarily needed) Lots of coffee shops within walking distance and just a skip away from 3rd St Promenade

It is easy to see why this small business has been around for more than 10 years. Tony was great, like really great. He was very nice and made the whole experience fun, quick and painless. I found parking easily. Parking Structure 5. When I called to make a appointment is was very easy to do so. One stop shop too. I really appreciated this with this COVID19 pandemic. Saved me not one, but two extra trips. I got a notary, passport photos and my fingerprints done all for under $100. My kind of place. Way cheaper than other nearby places to, especially SMPD. A lot more effective and efficient than the other places nearby. I recommend..

Mar 5, 2020Previous reviewHad to get a few documents notarized for work. When I called I was able to easily make a sameday appointment for 15 minutes from when I called. At first I was concerned about parking but Tony was very helpful over the phone. He recommended that I park in the nearby city structure P-5. I did. Lots of parKing. No trouble looking for parking at all. This place was also very is to find. Not a store front, but the building did have a very clear directory that was easy to understand. Most pleased with the customer service. The whole process was quick, painless and cheaper than expected. I do not believe in giving tips because employees are already being paid. But even I had to put a tip because they were so awesome. I will be back and do recommend. And they travel. Worth it. Next time I need anything notarized I will gladly be paying them to come to my job. Super convenient.
