Amazing customer service! I've never had a business responding to my emails at 8 pm at night -- but Shawn at Santa Cruz Signs did just that -- on a number of occasions! He and his team were super-accommodating with an unusual (and rush) order, and created proofs that were perfect for us really fast. Absolutely Santa Cruz Signs will be my go-to sign shop for all future business!

Okay, I just have to say that Santa Cruz Signs is beyond AWESOME! I am a local "starving" artist who just recently finished a project that I was creating for a local teenager who is battling Hodgkins Lymphoma. The project included a framed art piece that I made and another piece that I designed on the computer that is double-sided (artwork on one side and 100-piece puzzle on the other with different affirmations, encouragements and bible verses) that I needed to have printed so that I could cut the pieces out and mount on the framed artwork. I had had many quotes from other companies (all well out of my price range) and many companies couldn't accommodate the size I needed.
Shawn from SCS came to my rescue! When he found out what it was that he was doing, he went far and beyond providing me what I needed to complete my project, but he also donated the piece! When he said he'd do this I cried! It is so wonderful to have such awesome people and a company that are empathetic and all heart!
The piece that they made for me was perfect! AND they were able to get it done for me in only two days!!! I will recommend this company to everyone and I will definitely use them in the future!

As a new business owner, getting a sign made for my business was at the bottom of my very long to-do list. I thought, "I can just order one, it'll be done in a week and we're good." SILLY ME! Not only is it not that simple, I didn't think of the implications of my business sign. The reality is your sign is the first thing current or potential customers see when they approach your business. It doesn't matter if you're a dentist, an engineering office, or a retail store...it's the first thing they see when they approach. Don't you want your business sign to be nice? Of course you do :-)

I emailed Santa Cruz Signs to get a quote. When the quote came back over what we had budgeted, they generously re-worked a sign to fit within MY budget. As much as I wanted the amazing sign they came up with (always let them do their creative thing), they did not push it. Not once did I feel pressured to take what they offered. They simply reworked it to fit my needs, and as a new business owner I couldn't appreciate that enough. In the end, the sign was made with nice, high quality materials (including acrylic) that exceeded my expectations. (I posted a pic of our sign "Wide Open Blue.")

Over the course of a few weeks I had the pleasure of working with Santa Cruz Signs. I spoke with and/or emailed with Shawn (the owner), Helgi, Chad, and Korey (the installer). I own a jewelry store in downtown Los Gatos (Valerie Preston Design). I did a design for an A-frame, but had a hard time finding a sign place to get the file printed locally in the San Jose area. So, I broadened my search and discovered Santa Cruz Signs. I called them up on Dec 4th, they gave me a great price, and then had the sign printed and delivered on the 12th! I was so happy with the product, price, and turnaround!

I will be using them again!

We're so happy to have Santa Cruz signs make the signs for our restaurant. They are extremely professional and the work is top notch. Color is always an issue, as it changes with different lighting and such. Our signs didn't turn out to be the exact color we were hoping for but they helped us repaint it for no charge at all. They really go the extra mile to make sure everyone is 100% satisfied. Highly recommended!
