If I could give negative stars I would.

I get to work this morning and since I have to go back out to run some work errands I pull up to a meter on the street instead of pulling into the parking structure.  I have no quarters so I pull a dollar bill out of my pocket, let myself into work, turn off the alarm, go straight to the register, pull out some quarters, head back outside, and find parking enforcement writing me a $47 ticket.

When I pulled the dollar bill out of my pocket, I made eye contact with her across the street and held the dollar bill up.  I was gone for a total of two minutes getting change.  She had to cross the street and head directly to my car.

Two minutes to get change.  Thats $23.50 per minute, 40 cents per second.  That's some expensive parking!!
