This joint can easily be missed. It's located in a shopping plaza. Its worth a trip!
Ohh man! This place is THE bomb. lol. (did that sound 1998 or what?).
I ate here last night and I am still thinking about it. I loooooooooved this place because they have about 5 different tasty colorful salads to choose from. Each plate you get to choose 2 sides of any salad of your choice. I LOVE VEGGIES!!
I had the steak teriyaki w. white rice, cali rolls, tomato salad & sumi salad.
My man had the Unagi roll with salmon dinner.
This place is very commercialized and clean.
Service was friendly and the wait was about 5 mins.
this is a casual japanese fast food joint so no need to get fancy.
I will probably end up back here tonight.lol
$25 for 2 people.
also, they even have Lipton peach tea!!
P.s: I didn't see 1 japanese person working here.(no offense. my food was deelicious)
Drove around to get my makeup sealant during my lunch break and ran across Sansai. Figured I would get something to eat for lunch since I was already out and forgot my lunch at home. I was pleasantly surprised.
I got my food to go. It didn't take very long. Under $10 I got the crunchy spicy tempura roll (I think that's what it's called), miso soup, and a drink. The roll was filling and yummy. Rice, seaweed, tempura crunchies, tempura shrimp, spicy tuna, tempura sauce, green onions, and avocado. Yum. It was filling along with the miso soup. Good lunch!
I guess my only gripe is that she didn't ask me if I wanted anything to drink and so I had to order a drink separately. Yes, I should've just ordered one but I forgot! She should have asked and reminded me.
:D
Used to come here a lot during lunch in high school. My first impressions of this place was that it was another Japanese franchise catering to the nearby cubicle slaves. Take out Japanese food is never a good thing. The bright decor and the location in a corner plaza all screamed corporate. But surprisingly this place has fresh sushi, fresher than anywhere where the wait is less than 5 minutes for your food. Although the food may not be "authentic" Japanese who has the time when all you get is an hour for lunch.

I know what you're thinking...."Japanese Fast Food???"....
However these guys know what they're doin'.....owned by Koreans (I know...why do Koreans have so many Japanese Restaurants ?, you don't see any Japanese opening a Korean Restaurant), their Sushi is fresh and "FAST". Their Rolls are very tasty...better than most. They have various bowls...like chicken, beef, salmon....and Yakitori. Try their Teriyaki Chicken Plate with California roll. 8 bucks for a whole lotta food. All the Entries comes with side salad, they have about 5 different kinds. My favorite is Cucumber Seaweed salad, or you can opted for Miso soup instead. All the cooks and servers are all Mexicans (or should I say Latinos) so you can enjoy the multi cultural experience...nothing like a sushi made by "JOSE". I mean what's better than hearing "Dos Teriyaki Porfavor !!! " right after you order.....god I love california.
