Update...10/24/09

So for another weekend getaway, i decided to return to this hotel mainly b/c it was one of the cheapest brand name hotels in the San Francisco area this past weekend. I don't know what was going on this weekend in SF, but everything was sold out and super expensive.

Anyways, this time i would have to rate this hotel at a higher score. Instead of being forced to stay on a ground floor room like my last review, i had to pleasure of staying in a cozier and cleaner room on the 6th floor. Another plus was the money-saving packages i got: free wireless, free self parking, free in-room movie, and included breakfast for two. The package, of course, was more expensive than a basic rate, but when you add all the included features, the sum of the individual parts is a lot more than the package i received.

The experience in terms of service of the staff was also well-improved this time around. The staff had no problem combining two separate reservations i made and combining all the included features of the rooms. The valet staff was also very courteous and helpful.

If you ever need to spend a night before (or after) a flight in/out of SFO, please consider this destination. Here are my observations and offerings:

This Marriott is typical of all others. Arrival, covered portico, well staffed with valet and bellmen; expansive guest reception for speedy check-in; over 5 elevators to get you to your room quickly, and return; indoor pool and jacuzzi, locker rooms and sauna (if you wish); HERTZ rental car desk so that you can obtain or return a rental car rather than using the mammoth SFO rental car lot at the airport; very frequent, no charge, shuttle that can pick you up or take you to the airport terminals within 15 minutes and drop you at curb side for check in; very comfortable and quiet rooms with internet service at no charge.

Lobby bar and restaurant is very nice, friendly, well priced. Some conveniences (toiletries, magazines, souveniers). in the Lobby area. ALSO a shoe shine stand, if you are still into that kind of thing.

I had a chance to take a swim and jacuzzi and then a sauna. Fortunately, at the time, there were no children present - thus it was a comfortable opportunity after a long flight. Actually had a great conversation with another business traveler in the jacuzzi and sauna.

PLUS: No other nearby SFO hotel property offers ALL of the above.

PLUS: Concierge level (higher per night tariff) offers complimentary morning coffee, juices and pastries and evening refreshments. !!

If you get a room facing SF Bay, you have the opportunity to see landings and take offs of flights from SFO.

DOWN side: no room mini bars or mini refrigerators and no close-by convenience stores if you want late night or early morning snacks. Try not to get a room facing Airport Blvd and/or US-101.....just the usual street traffic at all hours of the day.

Good job Marriott.

The GOOD:

--  Easy access from the highway.
--  Nice spacious rooms.
--  Free shuttle to the airport.
--  Rental car return is about 5 minutes away and the traffic is minimal.
--  Gas stations close by for re-fueling.
--  Super service.
--  You can run along the bay if you are a runner.
--  Nice serene view.

The BAD:

--  Valet parking is $25.
--  Rooms can get pricey but I guess you expect that being in the Bay Area.

I remember when this Marriott first open decades ago. It was the local hot spot for weekend entertainment for locals as well as a popular stop for business travelers. A lot of wedding receptions here, too.

After all that time, the place is remarkably still in very good condition, showing little wear and tear. It has a convenient location near the Airport in Burlingame/MIllbrae's airport Hotel row. In it's large glassed-in lobby, you can take full advantage of looking east and seeing the main SFO runway straight over the Bay waters, and watch the jets touch down one after another.

The rooms are typical for a Marriott. The beds are comfy and you get multiple pillows and towels, and most of the amenities you would expect in a major airport hotel.

There are several meetings rooms up on the mezzanine level, including a decent size ballroom, which you can take by elevator or the large staircase in the lobby. There is a Starbucks concession in the hotel.

There is of course Valet service ($25), and a large self-parking lot ($18).

The old Gulliver's Prime Rib steakhouse is across the street, so if you are stuck here without a ride, you can eat there if you tired of the Hotel food.

Better yet, take the hotel shuttle back to SFO and just take BART downtown to enjoy San Franicsco's world famous restaurants!  Take BART back to SFO and grab the shuttle again, and save yourself $25 - $30 each way cab fare.

I got a conference rate of $129 before taxes in March, which is slow season. Rack rates during summer are well over $200. .

I came her for an event and was was pleased with their event services, but nothing spectacular. Two things to note here: if you buy something (I got Starbucks coffee) inside the hotel, your parking will be validated - yah! Secondly, be sure to stop and enjoy the view outside of the planes landing and taking off...it was very peaceful to sit and take in the view before a long commute.

I'm so impressed with my experience with Marriott Hotels this week that I'm leaving the Hilton Honors Program after 12 years of loyalty.

The valet person was very helpful and informative, greeted me with a smile and could not wait to take care of our party. Continue on to the front desk the same level of what can I do for you and can I do more. I've not seen service like this in a long while.

The rooms were great, the club level was excellent. I'm a fan!

The view is alright... okay, I'll admit it's only a little more than dead. Gee, what can you expect?

I'll tell you what: Inside, you can expect it all. Luxury chairs, nice furniture, good bedroom suites, clean and convenient bathrooms.

There's a sizable parking lot they have, and this Marriott hotel should be renamed to the Burlingame hotel because it's not in sf at all.

I am so bummed right now. I have to share my room this time. Last year I had my own lovely room. No not this year.

The heat was on this year in the hotel. I don't know if that was the glass ceilings in the atrium lobby or the heater, but I was roasting. Overall the remodel looks lovely. I believe last year they were still working on it but its a beautiful hotel. The rooms are quaint (even though I have to share).

The banquet hall was well suited for our giant group. The chicken this year was not as dry as last year and had a very good gravy. They did however run out of red wine. I think that's just our group though. That tends to happen on our outings no matter how large the booze just seems to dry up.

The grounds are very beautiful here. The sun came out today and really lit the place up.

We will see how breakfast is in the morning. Also I'm going to the gym in the morning. Fingers crossed I promise.

Perhaps this review is less about the quality of the hotel and more about the success of "Operation Puggle-Smuggle 2008". Either way, still worthy of a review :)

The bf was scheduled to take the CFA exam this past Saturday at this Marriott and decided to book a room for convenience and ease of mind. Without a puppy sitter, we decided to take Bella, our puggle, with us. We've seen other Marriotts allow small dogs and decided to chance it. Once at the Marriott, we put Bella in a little carrier, bribed her with a mass amount of cheese to stay still and keep quiet as we walked past the valet. Bella must have sensed the covert operation and was extremely compliant. Operation Puggle-Smuggle was a success! (Side note: We later found out that this Marriott does allow pets for an additional charge of $75/night. Eh, we like to live life on the edge)

As for the rooms, they were average. Large king beds and tons of fluffy pillows. I'm always a fan of their bath/skin products of the Marriott since they paired with Bath and Body works. Also, although right next to SF Airport, we barely heard the sounds of the planes taking off. A big relief since I was worried that the BF wouldn't get enough rest due to the noise. However, minus points because the room didn't have a fridge, bummer.

The lobby was recently remodeled and had big comfy couches. Not sure when I would need to stay at a hotel this close to home again but, overall as far as Marriotts go, this one was pretty average. Though I am sure that Bella thought it was very luxurious. :)

I was here at the airport Marriott for a conference. I was very impressed with the lobby, the meeting rooms and outside grounds.

This was a new location for an annual conference. I enjoyed the added amenities available for conference attendees. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and full of exceptional seasonal fruit. The lunch of stuffed breaded baked chicken and quinoa, string beans and sundried tomato flavorful and filling.

The lobby theme now serves as a small Aviation museum of California flights. The Flights 1O1 Club Lounge is a "must see". http://www.flights101s... Large floor to ceiling windows that overlook SFO's runways. You can watch the bay water lapping at the shore.

I suggest you partake in "Take Flight Happy Hour" 5-7 pm Daily Half priced hotel priced drinks. Need I say more?

On a beautiful day walking along the Bay trail is a relaxing Zen experience.

I plan to comeback and stay for a weekend in one of the bay view rooms. There is only 1 suite in the hotel.

I can't get over the smell(s) in this hotel.  It's just, overly perfumed somehow.  Sure it smells okay, but it's just. So.  Much.  And it's kind of freezing.  They turn on the heat at night and off in the morning, so I get a little bit right before I leave and just before my meeting starts.  No fair!
The staff has been so amazingly wonderful and fast, which is fantastic.  The food too has been pretty darn tasty.  Yay team!  My one caveat here is for the bellmen.  They've been a little on the um, inexperienced side, we'll say.
I'm also jotting down ideas from their Lounge (Flight 101) for my own pad; when was the last time that happened at a Marriott?

I'm surprised this Marriott got a low rating!  When I was there last weekend, I was surprised by their excellent service.  Actually my in laws were staying there and it was so hot during the heat wave that we retreated there to cool off.  My husband and I were in our casual shorts and t-shirts.  Despite our "poor" looks, we were greeted with big smiles and a "sir".

The lounge got a nice view to the airport you can watch the jets take off and land.  We didn't drink there but it seemed to be packed with professionals looking to relax on a Saturday night.  We ate at the one restaurant they offer.  I guess it use to be two restaurants but now they renovated into one.  The host was very very very polite and nice.  So was our wait-person.  My filet mignon was perfectly medium with a nice glass of red wine.  My apple crisp was delicious.  My in laws ate there too and were served by the same lady who served us.  They mentioned she forgot a glass of wine so later she brought one and it was on the house.

I'm truly impressed by their service skills.  Since I look young and I dress casual everywhere I go I hardly ever get good service.  To the staff at this Marriott I guess my appearance didn't matter.  That was cool.

Some random highlights about this hotel:

- Bring your running shoes. The bay trail is literally right outside the hotel door. Nice views of the bay - and of course planes taking off and landing.

- Hotel gym is better then average. Plenty of machines and a few dumb bells thrown in for good measure.

- Airline check-in kiosks in the lobby. Saves time scrambling to find an internet connection to check in and print out a boarding pass.

- Hotel bar is decent, the restaurant won't win any awards but for burgers and sandwiches it's fine.

- Still no free wi-fi. Ibahn my ass. Bitches.

- Get a rental car if you're staying longer then a day. The restaurant choices within walking distance is fairly limited.

This place has class written all over it.

Upon arrival to the hotel, the doorman opened the door for me and said good evening.   The front desk check-in was pleasant, even though it was around midnight.

We got to the room and, of course, my wife was hungry.  I figured since I dragged her to my work, she deserved a little room service.  We looked around the room and couldn't find the menu.  Huh, that's odd.  I picked up the phone and dialed front desk.

"Good evening Mr. Do, what can I do for you?"  Wow, they knew my name.  Technology these days...
"Uh, can you transfer me to room service?"
"No problem"
"This is room service, how can I help you?"
"Um, I don't see a menu"
"Oh, it's hidden in the T.V cabinet"  oh...

We ordered a club sandwich with fries.  Our meal came up within 10 minutes.  The sandwich was nicely arranged with the fries and was covered with a plastic plate cover.  The two waters we ordered had saran wrap on the top too.  There were even little bottles of ketchup, mayonnaise and deli mustard.  I love deli mustard.

Anyway, the hotel had nice conference centers.  I had to work this weekend because we had a huge legal conference going on.  We had The Judge Advocate General of the Army there (TJAG) present was well as a couple other generals.  I'm always impressed when a person gets his or her own acronym.  For example, the President gets CINC, pronounced 'sink' (Commander in Chief) and POTUS (President of the United States).   He or she probably has more, but that's all I know for now.

Coincidentally, there was some Alpha Pi (or some combination of Greek letters) sorority national convention.  Imagine this, about 150 Army JAGs and paralegal (average age around 40) and about 100 21 year old college girls (many were hot by the way) going to conferences in the same ballroom.  Let's just say work was distracting.

I reminded my pregnant wife of the movie "Last Kiss."  In case you haven't seen it, it's where Zac Braff cheats on his pregnant wife with a younger college girl, played by Rachel Bilson.  I don't think she appreciated the humor I saw in it all.  I just looked, jeez!

Anyway, thank you Marriott for scheduling both conferences at the same time.  Way to hook a brother up.  I mean, thank you for providing a beautiful, up to date facility for our legal conference.

I went to a party here last night.

The food catered by the Marriott itself was horrible
Three dinners: Chicken, Steak, or Vegetarian. We had machine-chopped squares of white lettuce with cubic croutons, parmesan cheese shreds with ranch dressing. The Vegetarian dinner consisted of yellow green beans (frozen: stiffer than fresh green beans, and more watery), half a tomato, instant microwaved mashed potatoes (you can tell by that strong artificial butter taste), and grilled eggplant wrapped around squash, which had also been thawed and heated up. Lipton. Safeway bread rolls.

The desert was better: chocolate over strawberries and melon.

The entrance to the hotel has the typical decorations of a high-end hotel chain: they want to have an air of high class without spending too much money. Fake grass all around the lobby, fake flowers.

Don't come here - it's better to support local independent businesses if you're going to spend this much money anyway!

The renovations that previous reviewers have mentioned seem to be almost finished.  The rooms and conference facilities were modern and tastefully decorated.  However as of February 2008 the pool is still undergoing updates.

Conference Facilities:

Located on the 2nd floor, overlooking the lobby bar and the expansive views of the bay.  The larger meeting rooms (the larger halls divided into smaller salons) don't feel as claustrophobic as the smaller ones due to better lighting and the taller ceilings.  The smaller meeting rooms feel darker and stuffy, especially after consecutive presentations.  The bathrooms are located in the central registration area - it'd be nice if there were a second bathroom closer to the outlying rooms.

The room:

My room was nicely decorated with lots of space for 1-2 people.  The king sized bed was ultra-comfy...so comfy that I passed out before 10pm both nights while watching TV.  That NEVER happens.  One of the most important factors that I judge a hotel on is the sound absorption.  I know I had neighbors on either side of me because I saw the dirty roomservice dishes, but I never once heard them.  So either both neighbors were extremely quiet hermits, or Marriott did a great job with the sound proofing.

Service:

The valet and the bellhops were courteous and friendly - they insisted on opening doors for me, and brought my one lowly bag up to my room for me.  Check in and check out were a breeze.  There's a Starbucks downstairs too, which came in handy for us early risers and the fact that the conference I attended only provided lunch.

Had wedding reception here, and I was very pleased with the staff, the sales manager, the catering, and all that good stuff. They were willing to cater to my whims (I wanted a mashed potato bar, and that's definitely not on the menu), and they made it happen with a smile. We had a small reception (120 folks), and we used the small room on the ground level. This is probably  a good choice because we had a private reception space (for food and a bar) as well as the room itself. Most venues have rooms that were open for the reception to the public, so that kinda made the choice to use the SFO Marriott so much easier.

If you're down, ask for Lisa Barsanti in sales. She's great to work with and nice too!

I give it three stars for the view of the bay and jets landing at SFO.

Real nice bar and bar dining area.

Specialty drinks pricey (11-14) but top quality liquor used.

Drove over on a Saturday to have lunch and view the planes flying in.  Our bartender was very nice and attentive.  However, the place is run by chickens with their heads cut off.

We ordered the "flight appetizer" with olives, edamame and spicy pecans.  I KNOW...what?  I was having a Stella Artois and olives and pecans sounded good.  It took 25 minutes to receive.  Actually the olives were nice with lemon zest, normal edamame,  pecans were walnuts.

Then ordered the ahi "wrap" which said came with bib lettuce and a seaweed salad.  20 minutes later, got a bib lettuce cup with mutilated raw ahi clumped in it with a couple fried wonton chips.  Most of the ahi pieces were still connected to each other in a bland soy sauce - not really a wrap!

Had a nice riesling and our two appetizers were comped...still cost $70 for one beer, one martini and the riesling.  Go there, have a martini at the bar,  bring a picnic basket and sit out on one of the benches on the walkway looking over the bay.

There's no underground parking at the Marriott. If it's raining out, you either have to shrug off the rain and carry an umbrella or have the car brought around to the front entrance. Their airport shuttle is nice. It stops right outside of the lobby.

I spent about a week here on one of my boyfriend's visits from NY. The rooms are nice and I liked that they had a Starbucks kiosk on the 1st floor. For room internet it's $10.95, but I think that's the going rate because the Sheraton charges the same amount. Parking is more expensive at the Marriott, though.

It's really a 2.5 review.  I had horrendous issues with the hotel rooming list.  They dropped people, missed roommates, and when we changed our group, they changed name spellings and made my first night on property miserable.  The food is only so-so here.

The benefits are that the rooms are very comfortable, as they have the full upgrades, and nice showerheads, good bath products, and great beds.  The banquet staff was very amenable, being very quick, and polite as they turned space.  The thing that sticks in my head as a planner, is that they were helpful, but caused issues at the beginning.  Their roomservice rocks, with possibly the fastest turn of order to food I've seen in hotel history.

Stayed here over the weeked for a convention...

THE ROOMS
The rooms were nicely appointed. Nice comfortable beds. I think the beds felt kind of old, but they had a pillow-top pad put onto of the mattress, which did make them quite comfortable to sleep in. Nice, large showerheads (could've used a bit more water power behind it). $12.95 in-room internet (which I didn't take advantage of), but now you know.

MEETING/BANQUET ROOMS
The banquet staff were all really friendly and helpful. Since I had to help with the convention, we often ate after the convention goers had finished their meals, but the staff was very helpful in bringing coffee/juice even though they were actually cleaning up the banquet rooms already... they even brought out a dinner plate after our time had "expired" The one thing I noticed was they were a little TOO "on-the-clock" when it came to removing the breakfast buffet. But even then, they still allowed some late/last-minute grabbing of food before they finally took it away.

The banquet food was okay as well... one night there was a crusted fish (which was tasty), the lunch-time chicken plate was a little dry (but understandably so, since it was a chicken breast), the 2nd night's "Poor man's surf and turf" - chicken breast and seabass, was also pretty tasty. The only thing that was a big negatory was the breakfast sausage on the last morning. Way too dry... not very good at all.

Overall, I'd say this hotel is pretty good for not only an overnight stay as well as for holding an event. There was a wedding being held at the same time Saturday night in the adjoining banquet rooms, and the staff did an excellent job of not allowing either events to interrupt/disturb the other.

Also, I believe the Saints stayed at the hotel as well for the Saints-Niners game... which obviously didn't affect me, but I just thought I'd mention it as well as the the presence of HUGE rims in the parking lot. Connection? nawwww...

We had a really nice night here.  We won a night in a preschool silent auction which included a room and breakfast.  They really treated us well even though we didn't pay a dime for the room.  Their location makes the most of the Bay with easy access to the public walk along the bay.

The bed was a dream; I think the have some advertisements based on how wonderful their bed is.   And so it is.

The breakfast buffett at $17.50 was pretty good; I may return just for that.  Not too crowded.  Decent selection of fresh warm, eggs, meats, omlette bar, waffle bar, all you can eat.

All together a wonderful night.

I spend about half of my nights in a Courtyard due to work and decided to cash in some Marriott reward points to stay here. Overall I was pleased but was a little annoyed with a couple of the charges. Parking was $18/day and broadband access was $13/day. Why is that broadband access is only free at cheaper hotels like Courtyard? Anyway, if you're feeling cheap like I was you can park on one of the side streets (I parked 3 nights on Mitten Rd.) and there's free wifi in the lobby.

On the plus side the view from the lobby is fantastic; there's plenty of seating to enjoy it from and there's a Starbucks. Room was good sized, bed was very comfortable, linens are much nicer than you'll get at a Courtyard. Flat screen TV was a nice touch. You can print out your boarding pass in the lobby. The bay trail is right out front and is great for a morning walk. There's not a lot in the way of restaurants around the hotel but there are plenty in Burlingame along Broadway and Burlingame Ave. The Millbrae BART stop is about a mile away. There's free parking there and a train to downtown takes 30 mins and costs $4.

If they weren't going through a renovation and had some better menu choices, I would give this place a 4 star review.

The rooms have already been renovated with comfy beds & a bevy of pillow choices (as of Oct 2007 when I was there.) The lobby and other areas are still in progress so there's noise between 9 and 6.

The staff was extremely polite & helpful during my 3 day stay.  Maybe they were overdoing it to compensate for the construction inconvenience...but I would like to think they try that hard on a regular basis.

I got a super deal on priceline because of the renovation (a little more than 50% off rack rate.)  No guarantees you would get this instead of another nearby 4 star place...but you might want to try 1 night gamble on priceline because you can usually extend it if you like what you wind up with...

I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

i stayed at the marriott sfo hotel in august 2008 for 2 nights.
we had a wedding block for my best friend's wedding
that was planned well in advance. the staff was amazing
throughout the planning process and exceptionally thorough.
our first night we had 4 rooms reserved...several of them were double-booked, only one of our adjoining rooms was supposedly ready,
we had to move rooms twice and when we returned to our rooms after the rehearsal dinner we found out one of our adjoining rooms had been accidentally given to another hotel guest-- which resulted in our thurs move of the night. the staff was accomodating and after hearing our case, they upgraded us to a beautiful suite that met all of our needs.

the story doesn't end here...after the wedding, we return to the hotel and they have deactivated our cards and told us that we were supposed to have checked out that morning and that we only had reserved our room for 1 night. again, they had confused our reservations when i had a printed contracted stating our hotel reservations for our entire wedding block that was emailed to me by the event planner 2 days before our check-in date.

the hotel was beautiful and newly renovated with an awesome room service menu (filled with healthy and organic choices. way to go, marriott!) with a wonderful managment staff-- HOWEVER, there is an obvious miscommunication between the different departments and/or between booking & the front desk.

This was a last minute lodging choice, and it was very welcome.

The room was gorgeous - overlooking the bay and SFO Airport's runway. You could see planes taking off and landing (you were close enough to see little puffs of friction smoke when the tires touched ground!), and if that wasn't good enough for you, there's a channel on the hotel TV that shows the planes landing outside...basically a webcam on your TV.

A great path for jogging/biking/whatever is RIGHT outside the hotel and you're literally feet from the water. Very calming. Not a bad drive to downtown SF.

Bed was super comfy, they had an addictive smelling Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy Collection set of shampoo/lotion in the bathroom...everything was clean.

Also worth noting is their gym area. Lots of machines, a good amount of dumbbells, even an exercise ball and posters on the walls saying how to do certain exercises, etc. A great place for a workout, and they provide headphones so you can plug into the radio things they have hooked onto the equipment.

Starbucks on site, as well as a nice looking bar and restaurant. Plus they have computer stations set up specifially so you can print out your flight's boarding passes.

Only downside - hot tub area looked like it could use updating. Didn't seem to go with the rest of the hotel. And for some reason I was having trouble getting my keys to work in places like the gym. I think that was just me being stupid though.

A great way to end a Bay Area vacation. It made it even harder to leave!

Yuck.  Happy hour snacks are 50% off regular and way more than you'd ever pay for this awful food.  A disaster at half off.  Don't go. People are nice, food is awful and the environment is PE (Performance Employee-employees who chat with one another in front of customers without paying attention to their jobs or the customers).

**EDIT**  I called to complain about the experience I had below and spoke to Tony, a front desk manager.  He was apologetic and seemed to be sincere, so I gave the hotel 2 stars instead of the previous 1.  Perhaps not ALL the staff here are like to woman I spoke to...

This review is based on a phone called placed to the catering department at this hotel.  I've been calling hotels in my area to find out more information about their banquet halls for my June '09 wedding.  All the catering managers I've spoken to were pleasant, helpful, and informative to this potential client -- all except the woman I spoke to at the San Francisco Airport Marriott.

I was transferred to the catering department from the front desk and spoke to a nice young woman who took my information before giving the phone to the catering manager.  After finding out that my wedding date is a year from now, she let me know that they only book their venue six months in advance.  I told her that this was fine (a few other hotels had this policy as well).  The manager told me that she could send me some menus and information to browse through.  I said, "Wonderful!  I still would like to check out the venue."  She then REPEATED that I wouldn't be able to book until DECEMBER, and wondered if I STILL wanted to check out the venue.

Um, didn't I just say that?

Obviously, a potential client would like to know what the facilities are like before he/she makes the decision to have an event there -- regardless of WHEN a contract needs to be signed.  SO, I politely said that I did still want to check out their hotel facilities.  What was her response to me?

She LAUGHED, then said "OK" somewhat unwillingly.  I then asked if it was wierd of me to request something as simple as viewing a ballroom, and she just repeated everything she had told me before about not booking until December, etc.

I cannot believe the rudeness of one of the catering MANAGERS on staff, and if this is any indication of how the staff treats potential customers, I would NOT recommend this hotel for an event.  Customer service is something that ANY establishment should pride themselves on.  I really hope the other managers and staff at this hotel are not like the woman I spoke to.

Did not stay here but attended a company event here today, not too impressed with the facilities, great bay view and nice airy and spacious lobby bar area but the conference rooms and ballroom were really old-style ala 1980s, no updates. I guess they are remodelling the first floor conference rooms but the ones on the second floor were not appealing and too crammed, small and weird setup. What was disappointing was the women's bathroom, there were only 8 stalls of which 2 were OUT OF ORDER! Mind you, they were catering to an event of 500+ attendees. I guess they should have sent a reminder to all female attendees to pee at home before you show up at the event! They should hurry up with the renovation!
