This gated community is conveniently located right in the middle of everything (I mean everything Chandler has to offer ;))
If you want to go shopping, Chandler Fashion Center is right there = a four-minute drive.
I love this complex: it is safe, it is clean, it is beautiful, it has a very nice gym open 24/7, huge heated pool - 24/7, tennis court and a BBQ pit.
The girls working at the office are always friendly and if you have maintenance problems, your request is fulfilled the very next day. You don't even have to call explaining what's wrong - fill out a form online indicating your problem and letting them know when they can come to fix it.

P.S. If you a) a girl or a gay male b) live nearby c) want to embarrass yourself trying to learn how to play tennis, PM me, I will gladly join you as I need a partner - my husband refuses to humiliate himself :) I have tennis racquets and balls! ;)
