Sam Lamb - State Farm Insurance Agent

I never thought I would ever review an insurance agent here on yelp but after having experienced Sam Lamb and his team (special shot out to Ebony too) I couldn't help myself. Not only has Ebony taken the time to explain various nuances in coverages that used to frustrate me. In the past I could not reconcile how the coverage was applied/charged or why. Now that I understand the policy and how the coverages are applied Ebony has helped me make better educated decisions as well as better protection for my family/assets.


Furthermore, I unfortunately experienced my first ever claim due to a water leak while on vacation no less. Sam stepped up to the plate while I was out of town coordinated with a mitigation company, he took the time to educate me on what my policy provided and how best to apply my coverage. In addition as if it could get any better I have spoken with Sam on almost a daily basis and any issues however small he jumps on it before I even ask.

I have never experienced service of this caliber and knowing that Sam and his team are superb professionals, but also knowing that he is an amazing family man true makes me feel like he is a good neighbor....lol

Wanna take the moment to say How AMAZING agent Olga Arriaga is. I was having problems with insurer at the moment which was Progressive Insurance, they were over charging and wouldn't help on getting a lower rate. A few months before Olga began pursuing in investing into getting us lower rates with Sam Lamb State Farm, I kept saying no, because of fear of thinking I was gonna pay more, but I was so wrong!!!

The moment I called Olga for a quote she began working and came up with brilliant numbers! In the same day not only did I get an amazing quote, but she even drove all the way to San Bernardino to meet me and discuss more on opening a new policy, and we were sold! She didn't see me as a customer or someone to reach a quota, she saw family and went above and beyond to deliver. I'm tremendously grateful!!! We've been with Sam Lamb State Farm since September of last year and couldn't be happier. I get monthly calls and updates on our policy, and she's always seeking ways on taking care of us.

This is an update about my policy with State Farm and this office! My signature was forged on a document regarding automatic payments from my banking account. Everyone is pointing fingers and no one is owning up to who forged my name on a document.

Spoke to Sam he is trying to figure things out but at this point I'm done with State Farm! I'm covered until the Sept 23rd 2016 and I will be gone after this!

Sam and his team are the best! They are so knowledgeable of all things insurance- which is extremely helpful when you are buying your first home, or just have never taken the time to understand what proper protection you need for your home/autos!
