Simple and direct steakhouse mostly "chained" in Texas and the southern states. We had the 16 oz Pat's ribeye medium rare and it was delicious. Super charred on the outside, a little red on the inside. Juicy and flavorful. Service was quick and there was a smoking section =)
The homemade little loaf of Shiner Bock Beer Bread they serve here is beyond good. Served warm with a tub of real butter. Any restaurant that doesn't serve bread warm should be closed down anyway.
It's not Ruth's Chris but it's worth your money and any of your steak cravings.
