I just bought my first pair of Salt Works jeans at Maribel in Oakland, CA. They fit really well and I can tell that the seams are meant to last. I will definitely have to start trolling the local high-end denim retailers for another pair! What was even better is that I was able to get mine "gently used," so they were way less than retail!
I got the 14 Street cut, which I don't think they make anymore. I'm really pleased to have found a nearly-skinny cut that actually works on a curvier girl.
Designed by women, these are by far the most flattering, high-quality jeans I have owned in the past few years. The only other perfect jeans I owned were custom made on my body.
Few years back Salt Works were hard to find. When AB Fits in SF didn't have my size, I drove to LA and picked them up at belle gray. I've never ever gone through that for anything. That should say a lot.
I just bought my first pair of Salt Works jeans today and like Xarene E. said, they are super high in quality. The denim is thick and they fit like a glove! I can't wait to buy more!
