I'm sure most women would agree...finding a hair salon/stylist you love is one of Life's Greatest Challenges. (At least for those women who aren't caught up in careers, education, equality and all that BS). I mean, we can all make due with a mediocre man, but the thought of living with a mediocre haircut? Horrifying.
That is why I love Salon Vero. There is nothing mediocre about the place...it's fabulousness across the board. I've been coming here since I was 18 (the point where I reached legal age to make my own hair styling choices) and no matter where I live in the Boston area, it is always worth the trip to the North Shore to get my haircut to perfection. The girls who work here are the best, so friendly and helpful. I am extremely indecisive when it comes to my hair, but they always help me come to the right decision, let me know exactly what would look best on me and damnit, they're always right! Let me tell you ladies, if you are still searching for your perfect hair-styling soulmate, your search is going to end at Salon Vero. At least mine did.
I almost hate to write this review and give away the secret that is Salon Vero. I made a same day appointment with Jessica. She should be a therapist on the side, really! She listened to the gripes I had about my hair and colored/cut it perfectly. She didn't go nuts and consulted me on everything. She was friendly but professional. The entire Salon Vero expierence is just that, an expierence. It is a wonderfully relaxing enviornment, but not snobby at all. I can't wait to go back!
